The firm was opened by Bob in 2001 and has steadily grown over the years to become one of the leading CPA firms in Rutherford County, Tennessee. He was joined by Lynn Weaver, his Son, in 2008.

Bob Weaver graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in accounting. He served a Controller, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of several companies in the Middle Tennessee area prior to found his own CPA firm.
