Decent bookstore with a fairly good selection, but two things just don’t do it for me: 1. I like friendly cashiers, but when you have someone literally following you from the register to the front door keeping you engaged in conversation when you’re obviously trying to leave isn’t just uncomfortable, it’s just plain creepy. 2. I believe in the Second Amendment and am a CCW holder. Businesses have the right to post that no guns are allowed on premises, and that’s perfectly fine. This store is one of those; however, their gun buster sign is not properly posted. With that in mind, I could legally still carry, but I honor their wishes and don’t. My bigger gripe is their HUGE selection of firearm and shooting sport magazines and books. They don’t mind making money off of my Second Amendment rights as long as I don’t exercise them in their store. That kind of hypocrisy makes me want to never do business with BAM ever again.

Service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. I guess I would describe my experience as Meh. Back to B&N next time…

I used to collect yugioh cards and booksamillion was located where the new Jo Anns is now. I became a gold card member because of the card events they held on Saturdays with my kids. I love this store. I love the books, the games, the magizines the whole nine yards. I also love the people. Recently my husband went with me to return some movies I had bought on black friday which I found I already owned when I got home– My husband saw the nook. He bought one for me for christmas and while I have yet to get it to work without putting in a credit card– The service and attention we recieved while considereing the purchase was outstanding. Highly recommend this store for any of your book needs and the coffee is great too! Joes Coffee is one of my favorite places! And they gave out free coffee on Black Friday which also won my loyatly once again. :)
