Bumpus Harley-Davidson

Everyone at Bumpus is great. Sales, service, parts, motor clothes… Everyone has always treated us great! These guys know their stuff. The negative reviews here are old and just not correct in 2016. Highly trust these guys with my Bikes!

I was in the market for a used Wide Glide and kept checking at local dealers including Bumpus. I finally found one and bought it from an individual. I came to Bumpus to get a helmet and they worked with me until I found a helmet that fit my huge gourd. The lady who helped me suggested riding goggles also and helped me find a pair that fit over my glasses comfortably.
When I was checking out she asked me if I had ever served in the military. I told her I had, so she told me I could take the new riders course offered by Harley Davidson and the Motorcycle Safety Foundation for free if I signed up before September. I took the course, received my certificate, and got my license and all I had to pay was $ 14 at the DMV.
I needed a rain suit but they didn’t have the one I was looking at in my size, and the other one was a bit more expensive. They sold me the more expensive suit for the price of the cheaper one.
The parts department has been super helpful in locating things I’m adding to my bike and making sure it fits my model.
If you visit on a Saturday they often have things going on and sometimes even have free food so it pays to ride by there and see what’s going on.

I have to agree with the other review. The parts manager is not the most helpful person the store. I have had a few dealings with them I must say none have been very good. The clothing department isn’t to bad. I now take my business to Nashville.

It’s a Harley dealership so certain things come with that territory… I came to purchase a Street Glide and was treated very rudely. I went to Cool Springs and purchased my bike there along with my father-​in-​law. This dealership continues to be less than friendly especially in the parts department. I live in Murfreesboro but drive to Cool Springs for all my HD needs.
