History

Established in 2015.

We believe that everyone needs to have technical advisory that they can trust. We founded Computer BITS with a vision to help the Middle Tennessee area be safe online, with fair prices and exceptional service. We want to forge a lasting relationship with out clients by providing honest, no-​nonsense advice and service.

We also choose to support our military veterans, and provide a 15% discount on ALL services to our heroes. Whether you’re Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Retired, Disabled, or just plain Honorably Discharged we will honor your service. Just provide legal proof of service.

Meet the Business Owner

Kaleb B.

Business Owner

Kaleb’s technology experience has taken him around the world. During his service in the United States Navy, he supported warship communications networks, Naval hospital networks, and base-​wide computer systems in Japan. After leaving the Navy, he spent a few years supporting his local community working for a couple of small technology businesses. In his search for a better way to serve others, he went on to work for UBS — an international Swiss Banking Corporation — to gain insight into the private sector of business security and networking systems.

During all of these experiences, Kaleb observed one thing that has remained constant: very few technology service providers take their clients’ business needs seriously. This realization has put him on a path to bring quality technology services to the Middle Tennessee area, and resulting in the founding of BITS, Inc. Our mission is to support businesses and individuals alike in an effort to increase technological efficiency and security.
