Elite Mobile Auto Detailing

I scheduled a mobile appointment between 9 – 11 with them. I called at 12 and they said they were running late and would be here by 1. I called at 2 and they said they would check on the problem and call me right back. It is 3:30 and I have still not heard back from them and all I get is their voicemail when I call. Very dissappointing.

Everything looked pretty clean when they were finished. But, there were white soapy splotches leftover in several places. I could see the corners of the rear window were untouched. The rear view mirror was untouched. I had a guy in my car after the detail was done who previously did detail work for Enterprise, and he actually rated the detail as lousy. Probably not the best detail I’ve gotten. Would not recommend.

I bought the Living Social deal from them and called in as soon as the deal was ready. While their business is mobile the deal was not and I was told to come down to Dickerson Pike to get my detailing done. The area was a little on the unpolished side and there were two gentlemen who were getting set to watch Bad Boys 2 on a Roku box when I walked in. I guess they weren’t salesmen since neither of them got up or anything. I walked to the back and showed my voucher and then it was off to the races for one of the guys sitting in front. He took my keys and whisked my car off and I was told to sit and wait in the customer waiting area that was the front room where I watched Bad Boys 2 almost until the end.
My car came back squeaky clean, with the exterior gleaming and the seats and interior shampooed clean. I was pretty happy with it overall but a few days later I did a few stray mystery wrappers that weren’t mine. Still, I was pretty happy with everything else.

Great service! They showed up early, worked quickly, and efficiently. They were so friendly and our car didn’t shine like that when we drove it off the lot new! I would definitely use this service again.
