History

Established in 2003.

During the entire period of the firm’s existence, our philosophy and goal have been to serve our clients candidly, with concern for their best interests consistent with our responsibilities to the public. We strive to administer our affairs at the highest level of professional conduct promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Society to which our director and professional staff belong.

The firm provides services in the fields of accounting and auditing; income, estate and gift taxes; and management advisory services. Over the years we have undertaken these engagements only when we were capable of providing quality service to our clients. It is our intention to continue to expand our expertise, within the capabilities and resources available to us, to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Meet the Manager

William O.

Manager

William O. Dix, Jr. CPA, CVA graduated with a B.B.A. in accounting from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, TN in 1998. He was also awarded the Eagle Scout award from the Boy Scouts of America in 1990.

William Dix began his career with the firm in 1998. William has experience that includes a heavy concentration of auditing both not-​for-​profit organizations and various for-​profit industries including closely held & family businesses, manufacturing, sales and service firms, and construction.

Additionally William’s broad background encompasses taxation as it relates to corporations, partnerships, and not-​for-​profit organizations. He offers clients his expertise to solve their tax planning and compliance issues creatively.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee, a Certified Valuation Analyst, a member of the Murfreesboro Rotary Club, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
