My Mother and I had an awful experience with John Misky. We contacted John in December to see what sort of mortgage options were available for my purchase of my Mother’s home. John seemed disinterested in his responses, continually confusing my Mother with another client. He promised to send us materials regarding a mortgage that we were interested in, but apparently sent it to the other client. Meanwhile, he mistakenly sent us information for the other client regarding an appraisal. After numerous communications, John would email out of the blue asking if we needed any more assistance — after ignoring clear questions that we asked in the email immediately preceding. I would recommend staying far, far away from John and this company.
