I have shopped here many times and will most certainly continue. Every staff member I have encountered has been friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to search for assistance, they are ready and willing to aid in any and every capacity.
They cut a good key (I’ve had keys cut for both my home and for my motorcycle.) They may not be big box store size, but the variety of needs they meet surpasses those places and with a personal touch. They’ve met needs in products I couldn’t find elsewhere like nuts and washers I couldn’t find in the big hardware stores and helped me find the right stains for projects (both color and performance,) shelving units, electrical items and garden supplies. They even had healthy starter plants I couldn’t find elsewhere.
The store is kept clean and organized and I highly recommend them.

Wide variety of stock, and was guided to everything I needed. Plenty of knowledgeable staff, and I got a 20 V cordless driver/​drill on sale that beat the Home Depot price. A great introduction to my new town!

I’ve come here to have extra door keys cut probably ten times and they’ve always worked. It’s way closer and less annoying than Walmart, plus the keys actually work (which I’ve had luck about 50% of the time at Walmart). Plus this place is locally owned, which always wins out over going to Walmart.
They also carry everything from lawn mowers to air filters to lightbulbs.
