My experience with into contractors
and more specifically with John Santorines was undoubtedly one of the most disappointing experiences I have had as a home owner thus far. Admittedly, the job I hired Mr. Santorines to do might have been rather small by his standards, but he did agree to do the work. My kitchen cabinet makeover, consisting of 2 drawers and 8 cabinet doors may have seemed trivial to him, but for me, it was an undertaking that required budgeting and planning. Although the drawers and cabinets look beautiful, he has yet to return a missing knob, leaving my kitchen looking incomplete and diminishing the work that was completed. Not only did Mr. Santorines belittled me, as evidenced by his response to my inquiry regarding the missing knob (valued at $ 1.98), he was hostile and uncooperative in finishing the job I paid him to do by refusing to return it. His text was, and I quote, «It’s funny how people with the least amount of money can be the most demanding, rude, and unappreciative clients.» At no point was I rude when asking for the knob, I merely asked for its return. Further, I certainly was not unappreciative. Regardless, speaking to a paying customer in this manner and tone is unacceptable and bad business. My experience dictates that I adamantly suggest any potential customer explore other options rather than hiring such an unprofessional company. To date, the knob is still missing and the kitchen is incomplete.
