Joshua T. Crain, J.D., LL.M. started off as a state prosecutor handling crimes ranging from misdemeanor offenses to major felony crimes. His skill as a prosecutor was recognized nationally in 2011. Mr. Crain established his private practice in late 2012 and quickly established himself as a formidable defense attorney, winning NOT GUILTY verdicts in both a Murder case and an Aggravated Child Abuse case. Mr. Crain’s office specializes in both criminal defense and family law cases.

Joshua was born in Louisiana and raised in Tennessee. He is a graduate of the Middle Tennessee State University, the Widener University School of Law, and the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is married with three children. He loves the outdoors and running races.
