History

Established in 2005.

I’ve had a passion for this business for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are of riding with my mother, also a real estate broker, previewing her listings and putting up her signs. Thanks to years of shadowing her passion for great service, my business took off immediately and has remained better each year. I’ve been a heavy listing agent in the area, specializing in everything from starter homes, to niches in land & equestrian properties. My list-to-sell ratio has remained at 98%, meaning my listings are aggressively marketed and sell for near full price. When folks ask me how this downturn in the economy has affected my business, I always say the same thing– «With a wife and little boy that are home depending on me, a recession is just not an option at our house.» There’s always a market and there are always buyers… sometimes you just have to prospect 3X harder to find them. It’s a mix of social media & marketing savvy and aggressive strategy.

Business Owner

Just a few years ago, my wife (Rachel) was President of United Way and I was enjoying a booming real estate market. We thought things couldn’t be better, until we discovered a little surprise on the way… a surprise we were told wouldn’t ever happen for us… our little boy, Lincoln. Though I love my business, I am passionate about my son. That experience changed the way I look at our business. There’s a whole new level of responsibility when you realize you’re representing families that are just as blessed, thankful and excited to make a move and start all new memories at their new home. I’d be honored to work with you!
