History

Established in 2000.

We opened our Olympic TaeKwonDo school in 2000. The Cox’ Family was the first to bring the After-​School Martial Arts concept to Tennessee.

We are the innovator and have shared our knowledge with other martial art schools whom have since followed our lead.

Master Kevin Cox has earned his Education degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is a 17 year Veteran with the Nashville-​Davidson Co. Sheriff’s Office where he is the Director of Operations.

Kevin’s son Zane (17) is a 5 time National Champion and currently is a 3^rd Dan BlackBelt. Caden (12) has earned his 2^nd Dan BlackBelt and participates in the Tennessee & O-​H-​I-​O Special Olympics.

Meet Master Kevin Cox whom is a 4^th Dan in the Olympic TaeKwonDo system and a 1^st Dan in HapKiDo. Kevin has been involved in the martial arts since 1988 and started Olympic Style TKD IN 1996.

Kevin along with his 2 sons Zane (17) & Caden (12) traveled the world competing in Olympic TaeKwonDo tournaments along the side of 3 time Olympian, Juan Moreno. Kevin served as a National & State team coach after his competition years.

Kevin is a 17 year Veteran with the Nashville-​Davidson Co Sheriff’s Office and is the Director of Operations.
