Murfreesboro Strike & Spare combines the best of bowling, games, food, drink and entertainment into the ideal destination for family fun.

Murfreesboro Strike & Spare was the first of now 14 locations owned and operated by a group of investors and sports enthusiasts. The company is opertated by managing partner Larry Schmittou, a nationally known sports figure who achieved his reputation in professional baseball. Each Strike & Spare Family Entertainment Center is managed by professionals committed to the corporate mission, the success of the enterprise, the satisfaction of the customer, and the well-​being and achievement of it’s team members.

Meet the Manager

Phillip C.

Manager

Phillip Cox has been with Strike & Spare Family Entertainment since September 2004. He began his career at the Murfreesboro location until moving to the then west Nashville location where he was General Manager from January 2009 until October 2014.

Phillip currently serves as the Director of Sales and Promotions for all 14 center locations as well as taking over General Manager duties at Murfreesboro in September 2015.
