Papa John’s Pizza

First time ordering with the PJ’s app on my phone on the drive down from Franklin. Haven’t talked to a soul yet. Let’s see how this works out. As much as I love and rely on technology, there are times that I suspect it might fail me – like when ordering a pizza on my phone on 840 heading to Murfreesboro (I wasn’t driving).
Turns out, the app works fantastically well. I pop in and pick up my order, leave a tip for the always friendly, solicitous folks who work here.
And as much as I love the app, I resist ordering sodas. However, resistance often proves futile when, picking up my stash, I am overcome with pizza aroma, which triggers my nervous system to ask for a liter of Sierra Mist. It’s completely hopeless come summertime.
The pizzas here are pretty good. Original crust is our favorite – chewy. Sauce is light and not overly assertive.
Our favorites: John’s favorite pizza with extra cheese, the works pizza with extra cheese, luau pizza with extra cheese and anchovies, parmesan garlic wings, bread sticks – when they have the bruschetta specials – get them. Delish. Chocolate chip cookie pizza is unexpectedly fresh and delightful.
This pizza doesn’t compare to Mellow Mushroom but works very well when you cant get to Mellow Mushroom.
The combination of app, convenience, wide geographical availability and good choice of pizza toppings along with a consistently good crust and exceptionally customer-​centric staff will keep us coming back.

Love Papa Johns pizza. We ordered online for delivery and when we got the pizza it was terrible. I went online and let the company know the pizza order was completely messed up and the pizza was terrible. We were contacted within 48 hours and the complaint was handled by the manager at the store! I wish I could remember the managers name. The location was not far from MTSU and the manager was great. We have ordered from there since and had NO complaints! Way to show customer service, it is appreciated.

The pizza is always fresh! Cheesticks are Amazing! The employess are nice and friendly. They answer all my questions and when they say my food will be here in XX amount of time it is, if not sooner than what was quoted. We love this store and its employees.
