Prentice Alsup Heating & Air Conditioning

These folks get five stars from me, because six stars aren’t an option! I don’t know how anyone could do it better than these folks. I’ve had Prentice Alsup out to my home several times over the past five years for routine service and a few repairs, and each time I’ve been very happy with the service experience!
They do their best to get my appointment scheduled as quickly as possible basing it around my schedule and when I can be home, and they have always arrived when they said they would. The office staff is great to deal with, and the guys that have come to service or repair the units I have upstairs and downstairs have been VERY knowledgeable, professional, courteous, efficient, clean and fair on pricing.
For example, I’ve been prepared to replace the aging upstairs unit in my house for about a year now, and on two separate occasions now, they’ve talked me out of it! Both times the service techs have told me, «Let’s go this less expensive route for now. We’ll let you know when it’s really time to replace it. We’ll replace it if you really want to, but you probably have a little life left in this one.» Seriously? How often does that happen? THAT is why I will always call these folks when I need Heating & Air Conditioning repairs and service!
