Thanks to Steve! I was told it would take 30 minutes for him to get there and it was probably 10.
He loaded my car up and took me to Kirby’s garage, who recommended Radfords to me.
He was helpful and professional and I would call him first for any other time I would unfortunately need to be towed.

Anytime you are calling a tow truck, you know it’s been a bad day.
Had to call Radford’s after running over a chunk of concrete that caused my car to start making a bad-sounding noise.
When the tow truck showed up, the driver (apologies for not remembering a name!) was super nice and professional. Additionally, he actually took the time to look under my car and see if he could see anything that might be causing the noise.
When, in the history of tow truck drivers, has anyone ever taken the extra time to put someone’s mind at ease and reassure them that it looked like a simple fix, and not to be too worried. I’ve never experienced that until now.
Not only that but the driver actually let me know when he had dropped my car off at the shop. That extra communication was really appreciated.
No one ever really wants to call a tow truck for the most part, but if you need one in this area, I’d recommend Radford’s.
