Worst pedicure EVER! Paint all over my toes, and on my sandals. No clue how to give a pedicure

The service here is extremely slow. There were hidden charges (they charged to shape the nails??). There was one price quoted but the card was charged for a higher amount than the price quoted.
The quality of the paint on a manicure was sloppy & not reinforced with top coat, so it chipped away less than 8 hours later.
However, when customer concerns were brought to management’s attention, management responded with defensiveness & denial.
If you’re a believer in quality customer service or adhere to the ‘customer is always right’ or at minimum, adhere to a philosophy that 1 lost customer is too expensive, just know, this business does not share the view of valuing the customer.

The folks are super nice and gentle with ingrown toenails during a pedicure. Trying them out with my hair later today — have heard great things. Currently, a regular spa pedicure is $ 22.95 and includes a leg/​foot massage, hot towels, polish (of course), and a beverage. :)

I am very picky about my nails, & I love getting manis & pedis here. They are friendly & meticulous, & the pedi chairs have the best massagers in town. They also do really good acrylics.

I love this place. I’ve been there once for a trim and to fix my color and she did a wonderful job. My hair has never looked so good. She had great suggestions on the color and on styling it. The price wasn’t too bad either.
