I’m in love with y’all’s pie! Mmmmmm I will be back. I had pie from there today it had a graham cracker crust and a brownie part… It was DIVINE. I’m considering not telling my family I bought two pieces and eating them both… alone.

As a native of Carbondale, it breaks my heart that the entire town feels like a candidate for «Kitchen Nightmares». It’s like the Chamber of Commerce has called a moratorium on trying very hard.
Rule of Pie transcends the rule of thumb.
Excellent, seasonally-​specific pies made by someone who gives a damn about their craft. It’s a rare gem, and the pies are something special. Pair it with top-​notch, locally-​roasted coffee and enjoy a slow Friday morning in a great little downtown shop.

I love their pies. My husband and I look forward to Thursdays and Fridays. I have to say the blueberry cheesecake and cream puffs are my favorite. If you love homemade ice cream, I insist you try a scoop of their vanilla — it is the best homemade ice cream I’ve ever tasted!

I had the apple pie and an iced tea. I also bought a brownie. The pie, I believe is called a double crust apple pie. It was FABULOUS! Great pie. I have to admit the brownie was too rich for me but I describe to to my sister and now her and her friend are planning a trip to M’boro. Staff were friendly. I’ll be back (and back and back again), I’m sure. I’m trying the lemon pie next time.

Excellent addition to the local food scene. This renovated spot provides an excellent ambiance and the owners are fun and helpful. But let’s not forget the true appeal of their one of a kind pie’s!!! These are fantastic… Perhaps your grandmother could make one of their pies as well. But I guarantee she couldn’t do all of them as well. There is not a bad pie in the building. Pie’s by the slice or by the whole pie. Menu changes frequently!!!
You will Not be disappointed when you fill your pie hole with these wonderful pies!
