History

Established in 1974.

Alfred Quist opened the store with the plans of auto repair. He decided to bring on a line of lawnmowers to sell while he was repairing cars. Then he decided to bring on Stihl chainsaws and he quickly became «the chainsaw king». Alf was getting older and was looking to retire so he brought on his son Stirling to take over operations. We now have the following brands: Honda, Walker Mowers, Exmark, Wright Stander, Echo, Husqvarna, Shindaiwa, Kawasaki, Tanaka, Dolmar, Redmax, Billy Goat, Kohler engines, Little Wonder, Mantis tillers, and Toro.
