As an owner of Baker’s C&C, I am shocked at such a review. I am also shocked that reviewer E.C. has seemed to make it her life’s mission to seek out every website to slam my business and inform the public not to do business with us. We have prided ourselves for over 40 years to provide nothing but the best in products and customer service. Unfortunately, this woman has chosen to criticize our business while leaving out many of the facts. This customer requested a special order item on September 26(Friday). On September 29(Monday), she called requesting tracking number on the item, at which time she was informed the item was a special order and would be shipped in a week. She continued to insist she wanted tracking immediately. Our store manager, Miranda Jones, tried to handle this in a very calm and professional manner but the reviewer was abusive and would not be reasonable or understand that we did not have the product in stock to ship, thus we did not have a tracking number to give her at this time. She chose to cancel her order and leave this review. Her card was NEVER charged. All internet orders have a temporary hold put on them(as all internet businesses do), which was immediately released upon her cancelation. We are regretful that this customer did not have anything but a pleasant experience with us, however, we dispute the facts of her review and believe this was left because we did not have the answer the reviewer wanted to hear. We guarantee you a very positive customer service experience, however some people you just cannot please no matter what you do.

Decided to give them a second chance– THEYLITERALLYHAVETHEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I HAVEEVERENCOUNTERD. «Manager» Miranda Jones has a snobby and extremely rude attitude and told me word for word, «‘A Sweet Business’ is just a moto, it means nothing» she refused to send me any confirmation email, or tracking information– said they weren’t sophistaced enough– BUTTHEYWERESOPHISTICAEDENOUGHTOCHARGEMYCARDTHETOTALAMOUNTRIGHTAWAY– $ 257! When I finally called to see when it would be shipped after hearing nothing, I was told it was back-ordered and«YOUWILLGETITWHENYOUGETIT.» Seriously can’t believe they’re in business.
