Big O Tires

Honestly these guys are great to me from the second I walk in the door. I always feel like I get amazing service for the price paid and I’m always impressed with the quality and use I get out of what I pay for with Big O. They text me pictures of possibly faulty equipment that I could choose to replace and even gave me pricing. Super helpful. Just a solid shop I will continue to use. Thanks guys!

This location did not honor their warranty on my tires. My tires had a crack in the side (the wall of the tire) of 2 tires where the rubber had broken down for whatever reason. It wasn’t due to abuse or anything other than the rubber simply cracked. My warranty was for 3 yrs (see picture) it has been 2 years so I figured I was covered. This location told me that since I had been driving on the tires that they were going to prorate the tires and give half the price of the new tires!!! However the warranty states a «Full free repair or replacement» (see receipt in picture) so I told them that is BS and wanted them to honor their warranty and they told me that the $ 75 each (half the price) is all they could do. Well I went to the location where I bought them and they took one look at the damage and replaced it for free with no hassle at all. The one in West Valley is the one that took care of it not this place!!!

I have been using Big O for my vehicle’s tires for over 15 years. My experience with them is consistently positive. Last week, I had my tires rotated and balanced at the Murray Big O and was pleased with the service timing, customer service, and cleanliness of the store. Danny was the gentleman who helped me and I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Friendly service, had my tires in stock, fast (well, fast enough, honestly they were great, I am just a very stressy, impatient person), gave me a great deal on ceramic brakes which I knew I needed anyway. Really impressed with them. Will definitely be back!

This is the best location of big O I have been going here for a few years now. Their customer service is amazing. They go above and beyond to try to help, and they do help with everything they can. I trust them more than any car shop in the state of Utah period. They are defiantly honest, and don’t make you fix stuff that you don’t need. I buy tries from them, car maintenance, and if it needs fixing. Try this location, you won’t be disappointed.

Wasted $ 90 for an alignment that didn’t fix anything. Went back to tell them that it was still pulling to the right and they told me it was all in spec. Waste of time and money, should have taken my car to the Benz dealer in the first place than deal with undertrained staff at Big O – lesson learned.

This has got to be hands down the most honest shop I’ve ever been to.
I had the disaster of a lifetime. A construction blade in the tire on my 2015 Mazda CX-​5.
Holy shit right? I figured that it could be repaired and took my car in so he them look. The tech could stick his finger all the way through. No no can do on the repair!
Dammit.
The manager informed me that they could replace the tire for me. Ok sounds good! Unfortunately, he informed me that the Toyos were so new that nobody had them. So they couldn’t sell me a TpYo that matched the rest of the tires. The guy working then told that I really shouldn’t get any other tire because my car is all wheel drive and all the tires should match so I should have the dealership order one.
Really? I’m obviously an ignorant moron when it comes to cars, so I expected him to sell me any old tire. And he didn’t.
Honestly is something that is so few and far between nowadays.
This place is teaming with integrity, I’d highly recommend taking your cars here.

Great customer service! Greeted right when you walk in. Big O Tires has Jiffy Lube beat hands down. I’ve been coming here since I moved from California three years ago and would never go anywhere else for any car service.

Save yourself some time and money and just go to this location. I called 5 different tire and alignment shops and this location was 30% less money then all of them. Colton was knowledgable, friendly, very helpful in helping make my repair decisions. He had me in and out in ½ the time the other stores quoted me. I am a happy camper. I highly recommend this store for your tire and repair needs.

I popped in today to get my tires checked and they immediately pulled my car in the shop. I told Colton (the manager) what the car was doing and they were able to tell me the problem in 15 minutes. After finding out the wheels were bent and a simple balance wouldn’t fix the issue, he showed me different options for new rims. I’ll be going back there for this repair and any time I need work done! Highly recommended!

I will drive from Utah County to the 4745 South State Big O location in Utah to give them my business as long as I love in Utah. I needed some attention in a hurry because my tire had a leak and I was on my way to Park City for an important sales appointment. Colton and his awesome friendly staff treated me like I was related to them. They not only replaced all of my valve stems, but noticed that my lights on the front were blurry and old looking so they buffed them up because the wait was a little longer than expected. Shortly after that visit I stopped in to purchase new tires because the leak was still coming from a cracked rim which they identified for me. I have stopped in several times since and they always recognize me and are genuinely happy to see me. Small acts of kindness go a long way. I have also changed my oil and done an alignment there since my first visit.
I seriously want everyone to know, and tell everyone I know that they NEED to do business with Colton And his team at this location. I would now do anything I can for any of them and treat them as they treat me. It is very refreshing to have their level of service and commitment available when I have normally hated making a visit to the tire shop.

All 4 of my tires on my 4 Runner needed to be changed. I went in and was greeted by Colton. Super nice guy and showed me all the different and best options for my car. I got 4 tires for about $ 150 each and didn’t have to wait long for them to finish. I did however need more work on the car. I was told it’d take about 2 – 3 hrs, and if I dropped it off in the morning they’d that me work! So nice of them to do that. I went in the following Saturday and was told it’d be more like 4 hours, which I was fine with. It was a Saturday so I didn’t need to be anywhere, so I just went to the Fashion Place mall down the street. When the car was finally done, Colton apologized for the long wait but I didn’t mind at all, they did give me a time frame, and they finished within it so I was happy :) Colton and the rest of the staff were so friendly, so I will definitely be going to this location for tires!

Best big o! I don’t go anywhere else… Always great service. Today I went in with what other stores said was a pricey repair and it was something loose. They also fixed my squeaky breaks that I thought needed replaced that didn’t need to be… Great customer service and I can always count on this shop. They never let me down.

Not really sure how to rate this. I went in to get a nail pulled and the hole patched. I knew I needed tires and they were having a buy 3 get 1 free sale. I wasn’t ready to buy, but I received a pretty good quote, around $ 630 for 4 tires out the door. I drove past the store a week after the sale ended on a Saturday, The sign out front still said by 3 get 1 free. I called the store and the manager said his store was still honoring the buy 3 get 1 free deal till the end of the month. So I went in the following Monday to get new tires. I was told they wouldn’t honor the quote I received. Even though the store was still honoring the 3 get 1 free deal, the new quote was almost $ 100 more. I had the quote on a business card of someone at the store. That person wasn’t there, but the person who was there said the price couldn’t be honored. So I took my business elsewhere. I value promises. I wouldn’t have expected the deal if the 3 get 1 free deal wasn’t extended at that store. It was and I didn’t see how the same quote was so much more just over two weeks later.

Always schedule an appointment beforehand, and plan on your vehicle taking an hour more time than the staff tells you.

Only The New Tire Guys? Not hardly. I was driving down State Street in Salt Lake City a few years back and saw the Big O Tires store on 4745 South State Street and thought I would pop in for an overdue oil change. I have never been so impressed by a car care professional. The owner of this store, Kent Coleman, came out and shook my hand. The entire staff has always been very professional. I take my Jeep in for oil changes and tires and I am always in and out very quickly. I have referred several friends to this location and no one has ever been disappointed. They may have a big name, but this is a family shop ran by people who care and people you can trust! Scouts Honor!
