Shane and Brett. STAND UP GUYS! Had issues with my trailer, they knew I was not going to be happy. In the process of getting into a GREAT TRAILER! With the help of them and the willingness to satisfy EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER, despite the issues I had originally with manufactor problems I will not be shopping anywhere else in the future! The quality of service has convinced my other family members Also! Cannot wait to get the trailer home and start creating memories! Thanks Guys!!!

We purchased our first RV here and had our RV winterized here the first year. Unfortunately some things that we leave in year round were missing when we got it back (sponsored apparel, tools, etc) When we addressed it with them, they said we must have misplaced the items and took no responsibility. They lost a loyal customer.

This place saved us. They had the parts in stock to fix our still-​under-​warranty refrigerator. Otherwise we would have been waiting for 2 weeks for Dometic to deliver the part. Dometic is not a good company. Their stuff is expensive and not made very well. Unfortunately they seem to have a monopoly on trailer appliances. Thank heaven Parris was able to help us.

I’ve never visited them as I live in Los Angeles area. I saw a trailer that I was looking for and contacted them through an email. I got a response right away from a Sales Manager Shane and he gave me an offer and explained where that offer is coming from. Their offer was generous and very understandable. He wrote me several emails in such a polite way that I wished the dealer was close by. It’s hard to find a RV dealer that cares about customer service no more. When you email or call other dealers, their responses are more like «don’t bother me, just come here and show me the cash». At least, I felt warm welcome and a true professionalism at this dealer. Hope I could stop by next time I’m in the area.
