Established in 1981.

Rulon T Burton founded this law firm in 1981 with the intent to help people in difficult financial situations get a fresh start and to be treated with dignity. Since that time Rulon T Burton & Associates has helped over 20,000 families and individuals solve their financial and other legal problems while adapting to the latest law and technology available to provide the best relief possible.

Business Owner

Justin Burton is the owner and managing attorney at Rulon T Burton & Associates. Justin graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1993 and has been practicing exclusively in the field of bankruptcy law since 1994. Over the years he has established a reputation with the bankruptcy court and trustees for providing high quality legal services and effective representation. He has successfully guided his firm through many changes in the bankruptcy law including the massive overhaul of the bankruptcy laws in 2005. He is known as one of the top Chapter 13 attorneys in the state of Utah.
