The Willow Bistro specializes in fresh, delicious food made from scratch. Whether you are craving a hearty gyro plate, an authentic Mexican burrito, a creamy Thai curry, or good olé American fare, The Willow Bistro has something on the menu for you. We also have several gluten-​free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Lots of different teas, hot and cold, and French press coffee. Beer and wine also available. Come on in for a relaxing delicious meal served in a home full of character.

History

Established in 2014.

The Willow Bistro was formerly Gloria’s World Village Restaurant, which specialized in international cuisine. We purchased the business in July 2014 and have kept the best of Gloria’s menu. Come on in to see the renovations we have done inside and the yummy dishes we have added to the menu, including more American fare and authentic Mexican food. Everything served is fresh and made from scratch! Your meal is served in the original home of Price «Pop» Doyle, the man whom the Doyle Fine Arts building is named after. There is one main dining room downstairs as well as a café area by the register. Private dining room are also available on the second floor. Carry-​out, dine in, or celebrate an event! We can accommodate you.

Business Owner

My name is Breanna Volp, and I am the owner of The Willow Bistro. I was born and raised in Murray, KY, but moved to NYC after graduating from Murray State University. It was there that I met my fiancé Quique, and where we had our son, Oliver. We moved back to Murray when Oliver was very young, and shortly after purchased the local international restaurant «Gloria’s.» We have kept the best of Gloria’s menu and added yummy dishes of our own. We take pride in our food; everything is made fresh and made from scratch, just like we would cook in our own home. We hope that your dining experience is relaxing and enjoyable and that The Willow Bistro becomes your home away from home.
