Yes, it is a good house, but 1st Stage Property Transformations made it exceptionally attractive to the right set of serious bidders. We had a limited budget and under a lot of pressure to sell fast. We contacted the team on a Thursday, asking if they could stage by Friday so we could have an open house on the weekend. Not only did Janice and her team come through for us at the last minute, they also worked with our budget. Everything they put together was beautiful. We could hardly believe it was our house. Within a week of it being staged, we got multiple offers (we hadn’t received any after being on the market for over a month, at that point).
