Just purchased a home two months ago and after turning on the heater two times, the Furnace was giving off Excessive Levels of Carbon Monoxide! Gas company came out and red tagged my furnace. Cool air solutions came to our rescue and made my family safe again!!! Travis did such an excellent job throughout the entire process! He came out and advised exactly what I needed to do to ensure my furnace was safe. Travis was very professional and knowledgeable! He took my furnace apart in a matter of minutes. Selina an Mary were extremely pleasant anytime I called the office. Jordan did a perfect installation! The new furnace looks and performs great!!! My family and I are very satisfied with the work and service that Cool Air Solutions provided! Some good reviews here but I never got a chance to find out. They came out to provide a quote for a new heating and air cond system and promised a written quote. After three days, I followed up with the office and they said I would have it that afternoon. NO joy. I went with Kenney Heating in Escondido. PERFECT!

I hired this company to replace my air conditioner and furnace. I found them on the SCE web site. My initial contact with rep was very positive. He was friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Installation was very thorough. Installers were very professional. I am very happy with all phases of transaction.

This company is Amazing!!! I have never ever had such a wonderful experience with a repair company than I have had with Cool Air Solutions!!! There Techs are so friendly, they are quick but they really know what there doing!!! Travis and Jay were excellent!!! There customer service in the office is so good it makes you believe in customer service again!!! My unit went out in the worst heat wave and they were so accommodating they were there same day and when they had to order a part next day service!!! There pricing is very fair!!! I would and will recommend them to everyone!!!

We just had Cool Air Solutions install 2 air conditioning units and 2 new furnaces. Our systems had finally died. We found them by going to the Southern CA Edison web site and looking for contractors that had met their standards for installing truly efficient systems that would qualify for energy rebates. There were only two companies in our area and we spoke to both. Cool Air was so precise in what they would do (new 15 seer units, new insulation in the attic, new registers, & wifi thermostats) and at a price that was much much lower than their competitor. Their estimate even included building permits and subsequent testing to meeting SCE’s requirements. They installed in less than two weeks and were completely done in 2 days. We must give a shout out to Jordan and Justin who spent hours in our hot attic getting everything removed, replaced, and then connected. I have never met such polite and hard working young men. The final decision maker for us was their financing connection. We applied to Citi Card through their connection and were able to get 21 month financing at 0% and no fees. This was so much more attractive to us than HERO financing where there are fees and the total added to your tax bill for years! We are now enjoying our very quiet and efficient system. Our AC unit broke and after looking into it we realized that we had to replace the whole system. We called cool air solutions for a quotation.
The rep who arrived was extremely polite, and explained everything to us. He was very thorough in his check of our current system, and explained various options we could take. He also explained current rebate programs from the electric company, and what we would need to do to qualify for them.
All in all we thought cool air solutions gave a fair quote.

I found Cool Air Solutions (CAS) from a friend who was pleased with their service. I needed to replace my two 23 year old HVAC’s. After speaking with two other contactors for bids who appeared to be in the same ballpark, I took my friends advise and used CAS. I was pleased with their service. Justin H. showed up at my home as scheduled to inspect my home HVAC system and a consultation with my options and recommendations. Selina and Moriah were on point with measurements, appointments, and keeping me informed of our progress instead of keeping me wondering. The CAS crew showed up as scheduled for the two day install of 2 HVAC’s. They were courteous and professional and kept me informed of their progress. Two thumbs up for the cleaning crew after they finished. I was pleased with the their service. CAS attic insulation install is next month.

I called Monday morning to ask how much the diagnostic charge was for a/​c repair. It was $ 49. I called later that day around 5 pm to ask another question and got a machine on which I left a message.
I called again Tuesday around 10 I think because I hadn’t gotten a call back yet. I think they’re busy. The lady on the phone was very nice and we set an appointment for Saturday.
Ten minutes later she called back to let me know there was a cancellation! So I got an appointment for Wednesday 4 – 6. I was excited!
Wednesday around 3 something, Jay calls me to tell me he’s running early and am I available. I said yes please.
He was very polite and professional. He uses those little booties to cover his boots when he comes inside the house. He vacuumed up the rodent filth around the a/​c and fixed what needed to be fixed. I asked a million questions and he patiently answered all of them.
Now our a/​c works and everyone is happy.
I recommend Cool Air Solutions. If you reach a machine, just keep calling.

I was very happy with the service I received today from Tim and Travis. Our Air Conditioner was due for its yearly maintenance and they were scheduled to be here between 8 – 9:00 A.M., they called me in advance around 8:15 to let me know they were running behind and would be here around 9:30, call was greatly appreciated, so I could schedule my time. When they arrived and were doing the Diagnostic Testing of the Unit, they came across problems with the Contactor, Spade Fittings, and the Compressor Motor using High Amperage. They ended up replacing the parts and adding a Compressor Motor start assistance kit at a very fair price for the work and time spent here on the job. Tim and Travis are very personable and knowledgeable, I was able to talk with them easily and had some of my questions answered, as they were doing their work. Keep up the great Customer Service and Quality of Work.

We called Cool Air Solutions after having a terrible experience with another company. Tim and Travis were extremely professional and friendly, and identified a simple connection issue which got our a/​c back up and running, and they weren’t’t going to charge us anything. We signed up for their maintenance plan ($ 229) and they did a great job cleaning everything up (new hoses, fixed an exposed low voltage ground wire to prevent a short, cleaned coils, installed new air filters), and the service also includes the furnace check this winter, and a/​c tune up next summer. Nice to have a company we can trust and work with going forward. Thanks guys!

We had six HVAC companies bid for the job. Cool Air Solutions was the only one who brought up using the rebates from Energy Upgrade California program and the SCE rebate program. Justin was also the most knowledgeable guy to quote us out of all the companies who we asked to submit a proposal.
As a result their bid was the best and included basic air sealing of the attic, insulation to R40 in the attic, replacing our can lighting with LED lights which use ¼ the energy and give off no heat, replacing our shower heads, and most importantly they replaced and sealed new duct work and dampers, installed and sealed new intake and return bar style registers which provide much, much better airflow, sealed the return box from dust and dirt, added filter driers, and installed a reliable high efficiency Lennox furnace and A/​C system that was sized properly after taking load calculations. In fact our A/​C system got downsized because of the load calculations, which saves us money and energy!
Moriah was the first one to show and took measurements for the load calculations and she was very personable, did her job with a smile, and was able to answer some questions I had about the process. She made me feel right away like we chose the right company.
Bob was the job foreman and his skills and experience were quite evident from the start. He’s also got a great sense of humor and personalty and was actually enjoyable to work with. His right hand man Anthony is also highly skilled and did the replacement of the A/​C unit outside, replaced and installed all the ductwork, sealed the attic and ductwork, etc.
Mike came by on day two to test the new ductwork for leaks as well as test the whole house for leaks using a blower door test. The install passed brilliantly and well within the requirement of the Energy Upgrade California rebate and SCE programs. He also taught me a couple of things about safely using our oven.
We were also impressed by the coordination behind the scenes as a truck rolled up at just the right time to deliver new equipment, another to take the old equipment away, and a third to bring the blown-​in insulation system to the job. I forget the insulation guys name (sorry) but he too did his job with a smile and was very nice. He and Anthony were up in the attic on a hot day at the end of the job blowing in insulation, which did not look like a fun job, yet they did it with a smile and did it until it was done right.
The results are beyond what we had hoped for. For the first time in 23 years every room in our house is cooled comfortably, and quickly. You can feel the air reach the opposite wall in every room, which never happened before. No more rooms that never quite get cool enough! The house not only cools off fast but also stays that way, and the system is quiet too; we never used to run the A/​C when we slept because of the noise of the old unit. This new system we don’t hear, what a relief! The old system used to be so loud we’d also have to turn up the TV volume in the living room to hear, not so anymore! It’s like living in a different house!
In the end it was a very big job with lots going on but they did it with skill and experience, did it the right way and got us the most impact for our dollar. Our home is actually comfortable to live in for the first time since we moved here 23 years ago! I only wish we hired them many years ago, we had no idea it would make that big of a difference in the comfort of our home.

This is the SECOND time we’ve used Cool Air Solutions… and will not be the last.
Last year we experienced a problem with our AC unit due to Landscaper moving the unit. (Sore subject include in our Landscaping pkg that a LICENSED A/​C person would move it and they did it themselves)
Even last year… OMG Clean, PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, Service. Though both required parts… calls were DIFFERENT than one another… repair in a different area of unit.
First person (last year) don’t remember his name, this time I ASKED. Robbie… though again after receiving TOP NOTCH service… honestly say this is their ROUTINE.
Look…this is to all those reading looking for information… this is from actual accounts 2 TIMES. Both of them… SAME SERVICE LEVEL and a YEAR APART from each .
When they do come to service… THEY ARE NOT LOOKING TO MAKE A DIME. They are not here other than to see what is wrong and RESOLVE.
Both times I flipped at the actual repair cost… trust me… Minimal.
Will be replacing this unit do believe the Landscaper ruined Builders unit…
when I do… I will be going to WITHOUT A DOUDT to Cool Air.

Our AC stopped working on Saturday evening and Cool Air Solutions answered my call at 6:30pm. They had a technician out by noon on Sunday and he fixed my issue in about 20 minutes. Plus they had given me a worst-​case estimate over the phone but the AC technician found that it was a smaller issue and I only paid half of what they quoted. I really appreciate the weekend availability of Cool Air Solutions and how quickly they came out and fixed my AC. It is nice to have a great local company that goes out of their way to help you without trying to tack on extra charges due to the Sunday inconvenience. I highly recommend Cool Air Solutions for all of your HVAC needs. Thanks!

I called them on Thursday morning, 8am, and spoke with Selena about making an appointment to have our furnace and fireplace fixed. Selena was very friendly and was able to get me a next day appointment with a morning window from 8−9am.
This morning Jay came right on time and immediately went to work! He fixed our furnace in about 35 minutes and that included testing it 6 times! He then went to fix our fireplace that hadn’t worked in about 3 years and fixed it in about 15 minutes! He connected the wires to the wall switch that were never connected when the house was built!
Great customer service! Jay is THE GO-​TO GUY! We absolutely recommend their services!!!

They say they are open at 7 called at 720 and no answer and answering machine had no explanation of who I was calling

We are very happy with the service we received. Our air conditioner was working, but not effectively. John, our technician, arrived within the scheduled time. After repairing our unit, he took the time to explain what he had done in language I could understand. The cost of the repair was fair. The customer service provided by John was most appreciated.

The air conditioner at my property stopped working. Had one company come out to diagnose. I never received a straight answer on what was wrong. He told me for about a $ 1000 he could get it going for a while. I could not say good bye quick enough.
Found cool air solutions. Selena set me up with Jay. Jay came out told me freon was low and unit needed a service. $ 268 total and my A/​C is up and running. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company great service friendly guy and the Heater is working perfectly for the first time in three years!
