This review is long, but please beware READ if you plan on trying to do business with this company!
I will start from the beginning. You call the number that is listed on google. Which is 951−389−0488. A lady will answer (with a young child clearly audible in the background) but hey, I am a small business owner with a toddler so I DO understand having to have your child at work sometimes. But honestly I am thinking this is their home phone? (The address on google, is a HOME. NOT office.) If no one answers you are prompted on the message machine to call another number to talk to a person right away.
I scheduled an estimate for my business. I already received estimates before so I knew I needed a new compressor or a whole new unit. I wanted to shop around just to make sure I was getting the right price.
Technician Mike came out to the business on 08/​27/​2015. BEFORE even looking at my AC he was persistent in asking what my «other estimates» were because he stated he would beat whatever price we received by 5%. WOW what a deal?! Wait, remember he has not even LOOKED at my AC Unit yet. I made him give me a price on paper after he looked at my AC. So I got an estimate $ 2500 for a «New compressor including labor & materials» OR $ 6500 for Brand New unit. But he also stated I did not have any power going to the AC. We could not find the key to the back gate. So he left and I had my estimate I needed (no charge)
I requested an appointment after 4 calls back and forth to those two numbers provided for 31^st for him to check the power to my AC, also stating I was willing to move forward if the compressor still needed fixing. My appointment was set from 10am-​11am. 11:45am comes around and I call the 951−389−0488 number asking where the technician was. She stated she would call him and call me right back. Another hour goes by, I have called the numbers I have two times since then and no one answers. It’s like they have caller ID and also have NO customer service skills what-​so-​ever. NO SHOW. NO CALL.
I should have stuck with my gut and never called these people back! You get what you pay for right? Cheap price? CHEAP SERVICE! Monday I call to see if we can just move forward with the compressor.
Surprisingly they schedule an appointment for install the very next day! 11am-​12pm. Appointment window comes and goes by, no one shows. Typical. When I call at 1pm to see where the technician could be, I was told «he should be right on his way» «we will call you right back» Again ALL day long I was unable to get ahold of anyone. NO SHOW. NO CALL.
Wednesday I call trying to figure out the status of my whole install, THEN I was told «He is at the warehouse getting the compressor right now, it is actually an old unit so you need a certain type of compressor BLAH BLAH BLAH» This is why I urged the technician to go look at my AC before trying to low ball other peoples estimates! Again, another day I was told I would be called back with a status of my install. NEVER CALLED.
Thursday, I speak with a man, just really asking for an explanation of what is going on. I am told again that «this certain type of compressor is old they are getting it right now because the wrong one was ordered» so… he would call me back. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK.
Last day I talked to Fel-​Air was on ⁹⁄₄. I asked the man, PLEASE just tell me what is going on (clearly flustered by the LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM). He stated «Okay I understand I will find out the status and call you back» NEVER GOT A CALL.
This company is a JOKE & WASTE OF YOUR TIME. Thank god I never paid them anything, never even got the chance. Couldn’t even get them to show up for the job. Consumer BEWARE. I gave up calling them, they clearly showed THEY DO NOT CARE. Wish I would have taken the other NO CALL/​NO SHOW reviews seriously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
Went with another company that gave me a realistic quote/​price and time frame. Like a normal company should.

I have had good service from this company in the past so they were my go too. I called them yesterday and scheduled them to come out today, never showed up and never called to give me an update. To me this is very unprofessional and I would never call them or recommend them to anyone. A simple phone call would of been fine. One question the guy asked me when I called to make the appointment is «did his company install it». And I responded with yes. This is probably why they didn’t show up because they didn’t want to back up their work if it happened to be their fault which I don’t think it was.

This is who you are looking for. HONEST, QUICK RESPONCE, AND QUALITY WORK.
Came out on a 110 degrees day. I was not present. They delt with my Renters.
40 year old home in Sun City. I feared the worst. Broken fan motor. They reared it on the spot. I asked him to check the freon. They said the freon was «good»
From this day forward I will use them for all my Heating and A/​C needs.

Maybe through Unilocal you’ll (to Clint) finally stop avoiding the unfinished job you left at my house in Murrieta. I called this place on April 27^th to fix an A/​C unit. They did a full diagnostic and recommended we replace the compressor and offered to replace the entire unit. I hesitated but had my parents (who live in that house) pay the $ 2500. He was there that night and installed the new unit. I thought it was a done deal until my parents called me the next day to inform me the AC wasn’t cooling. I called the technician back he apologized said he had forgot to do something and once again it was working I must add that he showed up at 8pm (12 hours after I called him). 24 hours later it’s not working once again, this time the technician implies that my parents must be doing something wrong because he’s been back twice and everyone he leaves it’s working. He reluctantly agrees to come back and shows up at 8pm says that he doesn’t have the tool to fix the problem and that he would be back. It’s now July 5^th Clint the owner has come out, he has sent multiple technicians and the AC unit is still broken. I have 3 senior citizens living in that house and I’m a busy man (live work in OC). He avoids my calls, his technicians tell me that he avoids their calls. Various technicians have visited every single one blames the first technician for a miss diagnosis and shoty work, but no one will fix the problem. It’s the coil they say. After multiple missed appointments and very hot days I get a text message (only way they communicate with me now) on ⁶⁄₂₂ that a technician will be at the house at 7am. Missed appointment. On Wednesday the 1^st of July I get another text «the tech will be there to replace the coil shortly». No show. Thursday the 2^nd text that they will be there between 1030 and 11. I take the day off and go to murrieta hoping to finally come to terms and what a surprise no show. No call back, text message, or email message, nothing. I’ve found alternative ways to cool the house for my parents. $ 2500, 2 full months, missed appointments and a broken AC. You took advantage of trusting senior citizens and think that you can ignore them, but it’s not their house, it’s mine. You may have ignored them but not me. After receiving a diagnostic from another professional I’ve been told that I should seek legal recourse. I’ve saved every message, documents from every visit, I see no other option but to go the legal route. I hope you improve your business practices.

Fantastic service. On time and very knowledgeable. He wasn’t able to service the problem as it was the computer zone controller. But diagnosed the problem and referred me to Warranty people.

I don’t do well in heat. I’m the house everyone walks into on a hot day and says, «AHHHH, it feels so good in here!» I grew up in Miami… NO ONE went without A/​C. I was no exception. I felt like I grew up in a meat locker and I love it!
Last Sunday it was 100 degrees. The house was getting warmer while the A/​C unit was working harder. It was 4 pm, the temp started to climb, my temper was starting to flair and panic was setting in. The weather report said it would be 105 the next day. My husband chuckled and says, «better call someone now and they should be here by Thursday!» I chuckled and said it would be a very expensive hotel bill.
So, I did what most desperate people do. I went on Craigslist. I didn’t care if it was the same strange, bearded man who smoked crack in my driveway before fixing my refrigerator a few years ago. I didn’t care if it was Donald Duck. I just wanted someone NOW. My heart was palpitating at the thought of trying to sleep that night in the heat. I called EVERYBODY! It was Sunday night, hot and I was pissed cause my husband thought it was hilarious that I thought I would find someone to come right away.
I called Fel-​Air. They said Wednesday and I hung up on him. A few minutes later, Clint called back and asked if I still needed someone because he could come in an hour. I wasn’t able to reach through the phone and hug him so I just gave my address and thanked him profusely.
Eric came about an hour later. He looked tired, but he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He started talking and I wasn’t hearing him say «I’m fixing it now! No big deal!» I heard other words I didn’t like. so I got my husband. They started talking guy talk, comparing and exchanging duct tape, finding issues I created in the vents by cramming space bags in the attic. But my air wasn’t getting any cooler.
I had a leak. No Freon. No way of knowing where from without blah blah blah blah… I don’t know what he said! I wasn’t hearing that it was fixed!
All I could say is that Eric could have made a lot of money that night. But he’s honest. He suggested I call the home warranty or the company that replaced the coil the year earlier. He didn’t want us to spend that kind of money when it was likely covered. But I wasn’t letting him go that easily.
I get it… there’s a leak. No Freon. Can you put Freon in for now so it’s cool in the house while I wait for other people who wouldn’t come for a week? Yes, he said. But it’s expensive. And it may not even last the night… I opted for the expensive Band-​Aid. But he did so much, it wasn’t expensive at all. It was also Sunday night! He went above and beyond by cleaning everything out and patching everything up so the home warranty people wouldn’t give me a hard time. He more then earned what we paid.
Anyway, my point is… HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, VERY REASONABLE PRICING, DIDN’T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY OBVIOUS DESPARATION, COMPASSIONATE. I even offered to pay him on the side to fix it for less (yes, it was shady… but did I mention that I was desperate?) and he politely smiled and said he worked for some really good guys and the best thing for me to do is to call them if I want them to do the leak test.
I highly recommend these guys. And ignore the two idiots that gave them one star. They didn’t base it on service and work… both are over an appointment and probably written by a jealous competitor who wishes that he was half as good as these guys!

Most services are late, Terrible and misleading. This guy Clint is amazing! They came and did the job on time and great price and perfect down to earth service. Let me tell you the next day service and 100 degrees outside and my house is cool now! Call Fel Air and do things right the first time. I own a small DJ service and service means a lot to me. Great job guys! I will recommend you to all!

We received several quotes from different companies and Fel Air beat their prices.
Fel Air came out to installed the AC in our home. First we had Robert come out and gave us a quote. Robert was honest, thorough, professional and friendly. Robert was not trying to over sell us anything, he actually saved us money by recommending where to put the AC so less power cords used and less ducting. Robert took his time explaining every option and he seems to care. I love this guy and how good he his Robert has excellent customer service and not just he knows the technical part of things, he has also people’s skills.
The job was started on Friday and Rafael finished it on Saturday Rafael was friendly and really helpful. He made sure everything was working before he left.
I actually recommended Fel-​Air to my friend who is going to use them.

I had the same experience as Dianne C of Pomona. The appointment was set on a Saturday between 8 and 10. I called three times before 10 am to confirm the appointment and they didn’t even have the decency to call me back if only to tell me they can not make the appointment. Very unprofessional! Don’t waste your time with this company.

Fel Air came out to fix my friend’s AC. Clint was prompt, professional and was able to get the unit working again in no time. She has used him a number of time and I will definitely be call them when the AC needs service at my house. Highly recommend this company.

I have a tenant in my property and called Fel Air again to service the ac since it wasn’t cooling. Once again, I was impressed by the serivce. Very prompt service and never tried to sell me on something i didnt need. I will always use Fel Air for all my heating and cooling needs. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

We found this company in the Door Saver booklet. I scheduled an appointment for Friday between 8 am and 10 am. I called them about 10:15 am and when they answered after having to call three different phone number they said they would check with dispatch and find out the status on the driver and would call me back. Never got a call back. I called again about 30 mins later, the same thing, they would call me back and no call back. I then called at 11:20 and spoke with Robert and he said the dispatcher was suppose to call you, and the drive had a problem at the previous location and didn’t bother to call us to let us know that they are not going to even be able to make it out today. This is very unprofessional and I will not use this company ever.

Nothing beats excellent service and quality work. That’s what Clint and his staff are all about. I would not recommend anyone else. Clint’s the one to have come service your HVAC units. Great business ethics and very knowledgeable.

A/​C stopped working in this heat. I gave them a call and set up an appointment for the following day. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Very knowledgeable, figured out what the problem was very quickly and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I would recommend Fel-​Air

Very professional and on time. I had them clean my dryer vent and the price was excellent. I also need other work done to the dryer vent and the quote was fair.

Clint, the owner of Fel-​Air, just fixed my air conditioner, and I’m very, very happy. I called three companies. Not only was Clint able to get to me the fastest, his quote was significantly less than the others. And when he came out, even though he ran into some unexpected problems, he did not charge me anything extra. He was great at being patient and explaining everything. This is a really good company.

Amazing service! So happy to work with this company I would recommend to everyone! On time, honest, doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. No pressure to purchase any unnecessary items. It was a pleasure to work with Clint.
