Specializing in photojournalistic photography, Focused In Photography is comprised of several photographers who are eager to meet your needs. While our speciality is engagement and wedding photography, we are open to family portraits, newborn photography, etc.

History

Established in 2002.

Sara Harrison, lead photographer, began her pursuit of owning a photography business at the tender age of 18. She photographed her first wedding on film in 2003 and soon realized that this was a career that she wanted to peruse full time. Because she began on film, she is extremely familiar with shooting manual, resulting in extraordinary photographs.

Sara did an amazing job taking my daughter’s engagement photos last Winter, so we knew right away we wanted her to be our wedding photographer as well! My daughter’s wedding was on Coronado Island, CA this past August. Sara is a true professional and a very nice person to work with. The pre-​wedding photos, including 1st look with the groom, were all beautifully done. Sara and her staff did a great job taking all of our requested group photos with family members, special moments during the wedding ceremony, as well as many other candid shots throughout the reception. She basically caught it all! The end result was breathtaking, as she captured sunset photos on the beach of my daughter and her new husband. I would highly recommend Focused in Photography.

Just finished my maternity session with Sara. I. ADORE. HER. She is so sweet and easy to work with. I feel like I have known her for years. From the sneak peaks she gave me on her camera, I can’t wait for the finished results. If they look anything like I think they will, they will be amazing. Sara is a true artist and knows exactly what she is doing. She paid close attention to all the details, down to a hair out of place. I am looking forward to shooting my sons newborn session with her.

I Dj weddings on the side when I am not being the local Temecula loud mouth on Q103.3. I went to rock another high end wedding over the weekend and came across the girls at Focused in Photography. Sara and Steph, work very well together and with the staff and vendors! I cannot wait til we score another wedding or event together. From a vendor stand point it is a wonderful feeling when the Dj, Photo people, & coordinator all are in sync. Plus our wedding we did together has a flash mob show up. I look forward to working together, and F.I.P. more work!

We used Sara as the photographer for our wedding and she was amazing! We had looked at several other photographers, but she was referred to us and we loved her work! She is so sweet and has a great creative eye! I told her of a few poses that I wanted and the rest was free for her to decide. She came up with some great poses and locations at the venue that I would have never thought of. Even the site event coordinator for the venue said she took some great shots that she had never seen done there before. Her pricing is also very reasonable for the work she does.
