I live in Tahoe but was traveling to Murrieta before Christmas and had some printing needs while south. I uploaded my images in Tahoe and by the time I was in SoCal, my order was not only ready but perfect. This was the first time I have ever printed in this manner but everyone at ImageZone was helpful and efficient. In addition, their prices can’t be beat. Even though I’m 400 miles away, I will use this company again.

My wife created some programs on the computer for a relatives funeral. We were in a serious time crunch and could not find anyone who could print out to the edge on the paper. Starting to feel a little defeated we found Image Zone on the web and decided to call. Bob answered the phone (When they were closed for the holidays for the next several days) and stepped up! He not only understood exactly what we needed done but he went above and beyond to get it done right and quickly. I was helping a friend with his wifes and my dear friend’s funeral arrangements. I needed specific mass cards printed fast. They did them quickly and did a beautiful job printing the image on front as well as the poem on the back. Even though I only had a day to get it done they were more than accomadating. And oh by the way, their price was $ 300 cheaper than if I had them done by the funeral home. I would definately recomend them.

I don’t know WHAT that guy — Tensai A — below is talking about. They just finished an order of 250 booklets for me, and not only was Bob willing to work with me on price when I asked for upgrades, but they all did it with a SMILE. I was treated with the highest priority, and Bob’s communication was SO consistent and explanatory throughout the ENTIRE process.
He explained printing processes to me in detail, as well as formatting, and even HOW to format my booklet in Photoshop. Hand-​typed it all out, just for me! I’m a DIY-​er, so this information was PRICELESS. He oftentimes got in touch with me before I even had the chance to THINK about getting in touch with him; that’s the way it should be!
In sum, The Image Zone was awesome at communication, friendly and crazy-​helpful throughout all steps of the process, and I am pleased with the print quality (especially for the price)! I will use again for SURE!

I was very happy with the service I received at the Image Zone. I sent them a big order (13 vinyl banners) with not that much time to complete it. Not only did they get it done in time but they were very prompt with their responses and always polite.
Their prices were considerably cheaper than both Kinkos and Staples with comparable turnaround time. Admittedly the print quality wasn’t great (the photos ended up being reaaally pixelated even though they were proper DPI) but that might just be what happens when you print on vinyl, I’m not sure.
