Dr Phillips and staff were extremely accomodating with my daughter when she hurt her eye. They were completely booked but still managed to squeeze her in. The doctor and staff is professional, informative and took time with my daughter. Thank you Dr Barrat Phillips! Overall it was a fantastic experience!

I have been going to inland eye spec for 8 years. I see dr Joseph every 4 months rain or shine for my cosmetic appts.
Every time i go in i am brought back promptly and seated in my room with in 10 mins of checking in.
All of the girls in back are so friendly, i am treated as family. Jenn and Lori are my favorite techs they have established a connection and relationship with me. They are not just sweet but also hyper efficient and extremely knowledgable.
Dr Joseph is kind and patient. I don’t feel rushed but i don’t feel like I’m in the chair forever either.
He knows i am nervous to be poked, so he takes the extra time to apply ice packs to the injection sites and talks me through the procedure.
I love that i have input in my treatment and i am involved my treatment plans. Many doctors do not listen to the patients needs, HE DOES!
Dr Joseph and staff will have my business for life.
And yes my results are amazing! Only area of opportunity would be to crank up the AC in the rooms and maybe some cold water in the lobby. And thats me trying hard to find something to improve! See you in 4 months Doc!

Dr. Geller and staff are wonderful. My family and I have been coming here for several years. Everyone here is polite, courteous and professional. It’s always an easy, pleasant experience for an eye appointment.

By far, the most comprehensive, convenient vision appointment I have ever been to;) everything is in-​house and service is super fast, efficient & friendly!!! They also educate you every step along the way & follow up w/​emailed information about your visit. Went in with my daughter for an glasses exam… I loved that I could see the letters she was viewing on a screen above her head!!! This is important because my 16yr old has a funny way of exaggerating the exam characters… like seeing dollar signs or squares or baby giraffes LOL DUDE THEY’RE ALL LETTERS!!!
Although the the prescription does take about 7 – 10 days, the service and frame selection far outweigh the wait.

I knew I needed glasses, it was just a matter of time. I came in to see Dr. Geller. He’s easy going and explained everything that was going on with my vision. I even brought my children in to get their eyes checked, thank god they didn’t need glasses.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years, I bring my kids here for their annual check up and glasses prescription. I have always had good experiences with the staff and Dr Geller. They’re always polite and friendly and Dr Geller is always super friendly and good with kids, he takes his time with the exams and answers all of your questions. I highly recommend it.

ok fine. the front staff über sucks. they are so rude! i still love the doctors and the women that help adjust/​fix/​order your glasses are so wonderful.
still. i got a nasty phone call that my husband (who was standing across the room) felt compelled to question who would call and speak to me that way. apparently you have to pay the office fee separately from when you order your glasses. seems weird that they wouldn’t just put it on the same bill… also, when i had gone in the day before to have my son’s glasses adjusted and make the appt, i was told that they couldn’t give me an exact price but that it would be between $ 30 and $ 50, but she could «swear that it should just be 30.» ok. whatever. glasses were going to be over $ 400 anyway. when they called me accusing me of skipping out on my bill it was suddenly $ 80. i paid it and asked why it was so much higher than i was quoted literally hours before and got the wonderful response that i should be happy with that because it should have been over $ 200 but the dr requested that we only be charged that much. thanks?

I had a good experience at this place. The staff and two doctors I interacted with were helpful. I wasn’t a fan of the arrangement of the office or the attitude of one of the doctors, though.

Excellent service overall. The office had more of a clinic type feel. Multiple doctors and dozens of staff. I was pleased to have been taken back promptly at my designated appointment time. I did not have to wait very long once in the «little» exam room for the optometrist. The office was clean and appropriate disinfection procedures in place. The fees were reasonable in my opinion. Contact lens exam was $ 89. I was also quoted $ 214 for new eyeglass lenses with antireflective coating (not including the frames). In the past I have always had my eye exams at Costco. I found this experience to be more personal for about the same fees. Looking forward to my follow-​up visits!

Inland Eye Specialists are great! I have retinal issues, and they always give me an extra thorough exam, checking things that they aren’t paid to check, giving me reassurance that everything’s okay. Their contacts and glasses are easy to order. At the end of each year, they tell me if I’ve got any insurance benefit left and help me squeeze in a few extra boxes of contacts. I usually see Dr. McDiarmid.

The decision for me to get the Lasik surgery did not come lightly. My entire life has included a requirement for an aid to see. Without glasses or contacts I was a helpless person. Always having in the back of my mind a backup plan as to what to do if a contact lense was lost, or my glasses were broken, leaving me stranded somewhere, finally wore me out.
Having always heard of the mechanics that go into the procedure (the cutting of the flap and the healing process specifically) always left me a little apprehensive as to actually going through with it. After meeting with all the good people at Inland Eye Specialists in Murrieta I was quickly put at ease. They really took the time to educate me and give me confidence that all would be well. Every last person there was so kind, courteous and professional. I never expected to encounter so many wonderful people at every level of service I received.
Finally the big day arrived, everybody was so accommodating and focused on me. It was very calming. I knew all would be just fine.
The actual surgery was so effortless on my behalf. There was more time spent in preparation than the actual procedure. Upon completion I could see immediately, a little fuzzy, but I could see.
It has been one week since my Lasik surgery and it is almost like I am seeing the world for the first time. The clarity and detail is much more than I ever expected or knew existed. I had every confidence they would correct my vision but this is absolutely more than one could ever hope for. Day or night the detail is so crisp and clear. So much better than glasses or contacts ever gave me.
The technology used to accomplish Lasik surgery is incredible. But, there is no technology that exists that is better than the people that use it. To Dr. Johnson, Dr. Geller, Jennifer Molina, Joan Zapiain and everyone at Inland Eye Specialists, thank you so much for doing what you do.

Inland Eye Specialist is awesome! I started going to them after my sister got her LASIK procedure done by Dr. Phillips, and after seeing her results, I just had to go check it out. I been wearing glasses for a while now and decided to make the change of doing LASIK as well. So a few months after my sister got her procedure done, I went ahead and scheduled a free consultation with Dr. Phillips. I asked him all the questions that popped in my head from: «does it hurt?» To «do I feel the heat of the laser?» And to my surprise, he said «no, all my patients don’t feel anything at all, just a small bit of pressure». After a good consult with Dr. Phillips, I decided to do the LASIK and scheduled my procedure. The whole staff there are so wonderful! Really nice and very helpful! They have an awesome promotion for LASIK and if you’re interested you should give them a call! My whole time there has been awesome and continues to be with the follow up appts. The procedure was really fast and only takes 15 mins. No pain, no anything. Just a blinking light you stare into and «viola!» You’re done! Dr. Phillips and Dr. McCleary are awesome doctors and very good at what they do. So happy I made the choice to do LASIK and don’t regret it at all!

I have been going to this place for many years and Dr speigel is the best!!! As far as the office staff goes these woman don’t know what on gods green earth is going on!!! I can also say the lady who checks the insurance is a rude ass! Hopefully you don’t have covered California because she will treat u like scum of the earth. I can tell you the right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing!!! They are also way over priced and if u ask them to verify anything about your insurance they don’t!!!told them my insurance they didn’t even call to check if I had ppo just kept telling me I had covered California which I don’t. After them telling me this for 5 Hrs I finally called my ins and had them call the idiots to fax them proof I didn’t. So in the mean time they tell me the cash price is starting at 399??? For an office visit. But since I knew I had ins I knew once they got there head out there ass I would get the discounted rate for having insurance. Lol u would think so by the time they figured out I had ins I said so what is the discounted rate for my appt well its 399 and up!!! I about lost it at this point!!! Needless to say found a PEDs eye specialist for around 150 or less with my discounted rate thru ins. This place has lost a long time client BC my daughter is only 2 and half!!! Good luck!!! BTW best and only wonderful person that works in that whole place was Corinna thank you for everything you did!!!

I was referred here by my optomotrist to be seen in the next 24hours. I have left these people several messages without a return call! horrible service… I have contacted my optomotrist informing her to NEVER refer any oh her patients here!

Been going here for 10 years. Love this Ophthalmology group, had LASIK with them 7 years ago, and would go it again. Thanks Dr Phillips and Dr Garbutt!

Second the opinion that this facility is expensive.
My frames aside, the lenses cost break down as follows:
$ 139 for polycarbonate (this is for the two lenses themselves)
$ 129 «A/​R» which stands for «anti-​reflective coating». $ 129 for anti-​reflective coating, are you serious?
$ 45 for drilling and polish. So this is not included in the $ 139 fee for the lenses, what else can they add, how about handling? shipping?
The doctor’s service aside, this place is expensive.

This office has the most incompetent staff. The only reason I continued to go here is because they are conveniently close to my office but my records are constantly being lost or the staff does not know how to search their own software. It’s impossible to easily order a contact lens prescription and seeing the optometrist only makes it more confusing for the staff. They are expensive here– much more than other places and they frequently get eyeglass orders wrong. I really can’t stress how incompetent they are. Give a tech a little power and the tech will try to use whatever little they are capable of to try to lose clients. This place is just a joke!

If i could give ten stars i would. This place is the ultimate in goodcare. I highly rec. Dr McDiarmid and the staff are professional… friendly…knowledgeable. They worked with my difficult ins company. The staff… from maricela at front deskto veronica who helped me order my new glasses… were just perfect. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there… as though they came to work this morning just for me!

My kids and I have been to the one in Hemet, Murrieta and Temecula for 13 years now. Always had a good experience. We have seen most of the Dr’s there, My fiancé is going to make his first appointment.

I have had nothing but good experiences at this office. I’ve gone to this office extensively, for both my parents, myself, my husband and my daughter. Everyone I’ve come in contact with, from the front desk, to the medical assistants, to the doctors, to the optometrists, have been friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional. My only complaint is sometimes I have to wait a long time in the waiting room for an appointment to see the opthamologists. So, if time is an issue, plan accordingly. I work 8 – 5, so I usually make late appointments to reduce the time I have to take off work.
