He has litigated in the State Courts of California and the United States Distict Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.



Mr. Pozza received his B.A. degree in 1984 from Central Michigan University and his J.D. degree in 1994 from California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he was a staff writer with the Law Review and California Western’s American Bar Association Representative.
