WOW! Dashing from USPS on Las Alamos, I jetted down here right at closing time and the store owners made sure to get my eBay packages scanned and out the door with the post man. Just the sweetest, nicest people! I will definitely return for any future packing or postal needs! Thank you!

Love this place, love their staff. Always good and knowledgable service. Depending on the time of day it can be busy, but I never mind the wait.

Seriously the nicest people you have ever met work here! It’s not often you walk into a mail place and your day gets better !! Here, that’s what happens … You can come here for notary live scan passport photos ect and you don’t need an appointment! That’s why I drove here from canyon lake … Sometimes you just need to pop in in a hurry and get a photo or notary and it’s so awesome that this place gets that !! Can’t say it enough how nice these people are

Mail center and more is by far the best place to mail anything. You can even have your items shipped directly to them so your packages are not sitting on your porch when your not home. They always greet you with a friendly smile and are happy to do business with you. I would highly reccommend them to a friend.

The clerk was very nice & made conversation. I got there 2 minutes before they closed & he stayed & sent my package out 10 minutes after they closed.

I love coming here as the owners are always so friendly. I have been here a handful of times and every time they greet me with a smile and even let my hyper pup into their store. Recommend this place for your shipping needs!

Awesome place to go. Keep your packages safe. Kari & Charlie are amazing and always quick to help. They are always a pleasure to see and even when I pester them on the phone about whether I have mail or not, they are always happy to help me! They also do Notary and Live Scan.

I’m met Karri two years ago through the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. I recently had to get a p.o. box for a family member out of state. With not much warning I did not know where to go. I was so relieved when I remembered Karri she helped me out with all my questions. Her and Charles are very friendly down to earth people. They love our community so love them back!

Great place to ship and receive! For instance, one time I had a really bad experience at FEDEX office trying to ship an important document. They wouldn’t even bother trying to help me ship the package, they said «we can’t help you.»
I went to Mail Center and More and they helped me send the important document in a timely and affordable way, using FED EX! In other words, they did a better job shipping FedEX than FedEX had done!
Plus, they are fans of PGA golfer, Riky Fowler, which is a really good thing too.

They are the nicest people! While my husband was on department they are the only people I would go to! I love how they remember their customers and are always friendly!(:

I just moved to area and my experience was so friendly and welcoming! I had to rate to show that customer service is everything these days and these owners have it. I made a comment to my boyfriend that I would make sure to only use their services even if not convenient because they were so nice… we really do need more kind service in this world…

I will never go to the post office again! Charlie and Kari are the best and such a sweet couple! They have so much more than just mail too which is nice! Notary, candles, and toffee to name a few! Such a warm atmosphere!

The guy working this morning was a jerk. Granted, I made a mistake by sending a FedEx delivery there. Not everyone is a shipping expert, sorry pal, I thought you’re providing a service.
The guy had a real attitude and was going to charge me five dollars for my mistake and then waved it acting like he was doing me a favor. I will never go there again. If you enjoy rude service that place for you. Otherwise I would skip it.

The service here is amazing. They send you an email when your mail comes in, this is a service you wont find anywhere else. The customer service is non-​stop, recommend it to everyone in our community. Super friendly.

I love coming in to Mail Center and More. Any time I need to ship anything out, need packaging, or supplies, this is the only place I go.

I always go out of my way to go here instead of the post office. At the post office it always seems to take a long time and the customer service is usually sub-​par. It can definitely be a frustrating experience at the post office, but at Mail Center and More it has always been a great experience.
Even compared to the UPS Store, although I generally have a good experience there, there is still nothing special about it, whereas at Mail Center and More I always walk out with a smile.
They also have some really neat items for sale which you can’t find anywhere else. They really support local business owners and you get to see some really cool items that are perfect for gifts.
I highly recommend if you need to do any mailing for yourself or for your business, you go to Mail Center and More. They have great customer service that you won’t find anywhere else.
