It’s good service it took like an hour and half for checking in online to getting out when signed in. I just found it pricey $ 95 for a consultation fee where as the clinic in used to going to in corona by Lincoln Ave. by the 91 freeway. The service is good, very clean, and quiet. It’s a nice clinic. I wanted to try out their services out first but my husband insisted to stay and pay than driving out to corona. Eh, my only complain was overcharge of consultation fee.

Husband burned his foot this week and finally decided he should see someone as it was still causing pain. Walked in and hardly waited at all, which was great! Reception friendly and helpful, not too many forms. Decided it was cheaper to not go the insurance route and pay the straight $ 79 for today.
Saw Fernando who was efficient and helpful. Got husband some cream, pain meds and dressed his foot. Worth it for meds and his peace of hypochondriac mind.

Dr. Phillips is amazing however the billing staff needs to be fired. My daughter saw them for an allergy test on ²⁄₂₅. I was informed that they put her tests under my name. I made a payment to the balance and they put it towards the wrong acct. Took 3 months to get fixed. I made the final payment 9÷4÷15 and once again, they put it toward the wrong acct. So I get a letter today stating that this is in collection. Billing has done this 3 times now. I have never been delinquent and now this marks on my FICO. Ridiculous!!! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! And a complaint to BBB is in. Very unprofessional

Don’t bother using the online check-​in — they let whoever they wish in front you. Three families were let in front of me. I know they didn’t online check-​in and book there appointment before me. Watch out for unprofessional billing practices bogus charges and charges you are not informed of. Some of the staffing is hit snd miss on the level of care. It’s not all bad. They do have a good medical staff and some seem caring. The have late hours but it seems they charge higher fees for late hours.

My husband woke up incredibly sick and we needed somewhere to get him checked out (he never gets sick, so it was very concerning). The office was clean, the paperwork was quick and easy to fill out, and the girl at the front desk was super friendly. We only had to wait about ten minutes to see the nurse, which was great! The nurse was helpful and so nice. I wish the whole experience had been like this, because I would give ten stars. But as soon as the doctor came in, she was short and somewhat rude. She was very condescending when my husband tried to explain what was going on with his lungs, and she told him «call back in two weeks and if you’re still sick, we can help you then». In my opinion, that’s absolutely ridiculous. I tried again to explain to her what his symptoms were and why they were so concerning, and she scoffed and said «I can write you a prescription for some cough syrup.» I wish I had gotten her name. It’s a shame she ruined such a promising experience.

This is great place I love the staff!!! Been going for a few years love the extended hours and doctors are amazing!

Do not come here. Patients do not come first. I drove all the way down from my house sick as a
Dog. Provided my insurance which was great. Forgot my debit card but had my Amex. They would not take my Amex. They sent me on my way over a 20 copay? I could just called back same day with my debit card. I was clearly ill, and all they cared about was 20 bucks. Very sad place.

I was very pleased. the wait wasn’t too long, the nurses were very nice. I saw PA Tiffany Kaufman. she was the nicest physician ever. took time to listen and was very kind. I definitely recommend this place

This was the second time i’ve taken my boys to this urgent care (first time was just my 4 year old for a stomach thing and this last time with my 2 and 4 year olds for respiratory/​ear infections after a bad cold). Both times we were seen by the PA, Anthony Gonzales. He was super kind and personable each time.
The front staff was also very helpful both times. Last time, we got in just before they closed. It must have been totally annoying, but they were so kind and didn’t complain about having to stay late.
The only issue that I have is that someone seemed to have marked their paperwork as them being «black/​african-​american» which seems weird… we are a mixed family and truthfully, it bothers me that someone would feel compelled to classify a 2 and 4 year old. it might seem odd to be bothered by it, but honestly i think the whole «one drop rule» took us off guard after living in this area so long.

I’ve been coming here quite frequently and I have to say this doctors office is great. The doctor I see is Anthony and he is awesome. You can tell he really cares about what he does and makes you feel comfortable. I know it’s an urgent care but if I could make it my primary doctors office u would. The medical assistant Fernanda usually helps out too and she is great :) definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Phillips and the whole staff are amazing! I have been in twice since moving to this area and both times have they all been friendly and super helpful. They definitely took their time in helping me and answering any questions I have had. Sad that I am moving but I definitely recommend going in :) Very clean environment as well.

Anthony Gonzales is best PA I have ever worked with. He is patient and caring and spends the time necessary to get to know you and properly assess you. He is very knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable with the care he provides.
The office has great hours and is always able to get me in for an appointment in a timely manner.

Try to avoid Anthony Gonzales. He speaks and throw words at you like an idiot. He doesn’t know what he’s doing. He just treats you like a lab rat. Came in with a stomach issue where I felt bloated and he decided to give me anti diarrhea med. call next day and he said oh never mind looks like you are backed up. I haven’t eating for 2 days there’s nothing to be backed up about! Called him again and he says oh, let’s try laxative. Again didn’t help. Now he says oh never mind, go to ER I am not sure what you have. If he would listen to me tell him my symptoms maybe he would know, but he was busy rambling on about what he know and how quickly he can get people out of his facility.

I came in here without an appointment for urgent care for my asthma. The dr. was super thorough and helpful– I have never had a dr. answer all of my questions so well without seeming at all annoyed with the abundance I had. He explained everything going on with my condition and eased my discomfort about medications. I really appreciate the time and care put into the services here. I was told they also do primary care, and I plan to use this office for my primary care from here on out. Highly recommend.

Best experience at a Dr. Office. Very friendly staff. First time there will most definetly be going back. Dr Tiffany was so nice an friendly she has a conversation with you. Answered my questions not related to why I was there. Thank you girls in the office.

A Doctor who really cares! WOW! Tiffany the PA sits and talks to you to make sure you are really OK. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was «just a number» I have found my forever Doctor

I came here for my son’s sports physical $ 59 and other places wanted $ 80.
They also have a program for free women’s medical if your low income and I was able to get that. They were very nice! came in for 1 thing and helped me get more :-)

Every good thing you’ve read about this practice is true! They are wonderful people who practice medicine because they thrive on helping people — and that’s not just fluff — they really are committed to healing their patients. Why aren’t there more practitioners like this? Isn’t this why people go into medicine in the first place? It should be.
My whole family will be coming here now. I am so glad I found them and it’s all because of the positive reviews I read.
Thank you for helping me with the broken/​sprained ribs. I was nearly non-​functioning when I came in. Four days later, I’m still in pain but much better than when I crawled in.

as Mine is in San Diego, and a long drive for simple things like a B-​12 shot
