I used to frequent this salon every month when Cindy owned it. I guess now it belongs to a Husband/​Wife team.
I was here yesterday, as a walk-​in. I had a manicure and premium pedicure done. For once, I was not pressured into acrylics. I specifically asked if she could work with my short nails. She was very accommodating. Both Kim, and Ten took care of me. Ten worked on my feet and legs while Kim did my hands.
I really appreciated how they didn’t rush me through a very calming experience. The week has been hectic! With 2 weddings in the works this next week, I walked out feeling very pampered.
I realize most nail salons don’t have a very good reputation. I just wanted to say that these guys are pretty nice and very professional.
I hope they are consistently this great, as I am making appointments for my Sis

This place is amazing. Danny did my nails and he was really amazing! The place is clean, the massage chairs are new, and all the staff are friendly. The owner, Tan, is really very accommodating! Definitely coming back :)

I had come here several times. And have always been satisfied. Not thrilled. But they do a decent job. Decided to go get a manicure and pedicure on a long lunch break. Upgraded my pedi. First off the guy trimming my nails yanked the corner of one nail and pulled it literally ripped the while side of my nail in a thin strip from top of the nail bed to the bottom cuticle. All along the side. It hurt like heck. And when I yelled out OUCH. He looked at me and says shhhhh it’s ok. I went through the rest of my mani pedi. They ripped me off. I had upgraded which included a ten minute leg massage. I looked at the clock and literally one minute each leg. They got busy with a mother and daughter that were in a hurry and rushed me right through. Mani Pedi with an upgrade in and out of there in 11 minutes. And two of those minutes was spent arguing that I didn’t want polish. Just natural. So the next day my ripped toenail toe was red and hurt. I gave it a few days. A week later, puss is oozing out of it. I am thinking a dr? Today? First I was disappointed with paying for something I didn’t receive but now I will have a co-​pay at the dr’s and an anti-​biotic to boot. Argh.

I went there the day after christmas because I am moving to New York with my boyfriend and wanted to treat myself out. I also read some reviews so I checked it out. I didn’t make an appointment and when I got there I took a seat to get started on my nails. The ladies phone just kept going off and she would always answer. As soon as 4 other people who seemed like regular customers came all the attention was on them, that she started to do two people at one and I was there a lot longer than Im suppose to be and to top it off she didn’t even finish my nails. I got so fed up that I paid and just left. It was the worst service that I have ever gotten at the nail shop that I won’t return.

I have been going to Nails & Spa in Murrieta for almost four years, and I have always been impressed with the personal service and the high level of cleanliness. They recognize me and greet me by name, have a back massage chair ready for me (I call ahead for an appointment), and are so cordial and friendly that I am always glad to go there.
In particular, I am thrilled with John who gives the best pedicures ever! He is very careful and does a meticulous job. Also, unlike the last four places I tried, he has never hurt me. I know I can relax completely because I can trust John. It is so soothing to have my feet and calves rejuvenated this way, so it really is a spa. Plus, he is never grossed out by the calluses he reduces for me (ew) and never takes off too much so my feet are sore. I insist on John for my pedicures every time. This is the only way I’ll wear sandals, and besides, this is my affordable spa time just for me.
I also recommend Kim for waxing. She does eyebrows perfectly and is incredibly gentle and kind. Just tell the owner when you arrive that you want Kim to do your eyebrows after your mani/​pedi so the timing will work out. It can be a busy shop, so it is good to call ahead. They have other services I have not used, so I can’t comment on those.
There is another nail salon in the same small shopping center, so be sure you get the right one. Their suite number is #101.
They had two employees who have been replaced, so they will get rid of employees who do not satisfy customers. They do care about their customers’ experience.

I read most the reviews on here and I was scared! I went to the salon and got my nails done with gel. I was so nervous also having my very rambunctious toddler. I am on cloud 9 with how happy I was. A man there was super sweet with my daughter and kim (the nail technician) omg did an amazing job my nails are perfect! 100% pleased with this salon!!!

The owner quoted us a price of 35 for a pedicure and 10 $ for a manicure… After the work was complete the total charge was 90 $. They pretended not to be able to speak english and just kept saying «up charge, up charge». Do not go here without getting an estimate in writing!

Kim did my nails and she really took care of me. I came in ten minutes before they closed and she still took her time on my nails. I’m more than happy with the service received. I’ll definitely come back

I found this place and loved them until I went one day and they did an awful job and the price went up because it now includes a hot oil which I don’t care to have and they didn’t give you the option they just do it. My big toes looked like a little kid painted them. I won’t be coming back.

We come here often, my daughter and I. We almost always walk in and never an appointment and they usually can take us right away. I personally just get a spa pedicure and my daughter occasionally will get the acrylic nails. They are nice and friendly. Its a little outdated, hence the 3 stars. I think they could use an upgrade on the equipment.

You’re better off getting your nails done by a 5 year old than here. I used to come here with my friend the past 2 years. The first year I went, they were good for the cheap prices. However, the past few times I have been, they raised their prices, the manager is rude, employees are rude, the services are rushed, and my nails chip within a day or two. I will never be coming here again. My family said it looks like my little cousin painted my nails.

Deluxe! Tan gave me a lollipop. Service and quality exceptional. Kim is the best with gel. Detail oriented.

My nails are just shiny but the skin around it are still dirlty. They dont even clean under the nails.
And thry charge $ 5 for buffing?!? Ifi can give zero star i would.
So not happy with this place.

I feel super bad for my mom, since this was a Mother’s Day present. Mothers’ day, Fail!

I usually don’t really care about talking trash about nail salons or anything, but this place sucks so bad…
I went in today to get a pedicure the lady did a horrible job, I had to keep telling her to fix this and that, by the time she’s done with my feet it wasn’t worth the money or my time.
Bottom line is this nail salon needs more skills employee and they need to take more times with their customers.

I downloaded this just to say how horrible this place is, I have never been to a nail salon in my life with such horrible service. the lady did my nails with gel. she forgot to add the power. scipped the whole part all together, all my nails broke off within a couple days, I went back in there and they accused me of lying pretty much saying I didn’t get a full set when I did!!! payed 30 bucks for nails that lasted me a couple days. they raised their voices at me making it also very embarrassing and didn’t do any thing to help me. said they would give me a «10 percent discount». It was un believable! I would never go back here. and would not reccommed any one else to either!!!

I just moved to the area and found this place through Unilocal.They have VERY reasonable prices ($ 25 for mani and pedi). With that being said you get more than what you pay for in quality and service. The hand and foot massage alone was worth the $ 25 bucks! The girl did a great job on my nails too, also everyone was very friendly! Will be coming back again!

I started going to Nails and Spa a couple of years ago on a recommendation from a friend. Sheila does my french pedicure PERFECTLY every time! I like my nails short and she makes the white polish so thin it looks amazing. Sheila also gives me an extra top coat since I always seem to wear the white off during Yoga without it. My daughter also gets her pedis at Nails and Spa and my grand daughter loves to join us when she visits
