Wonderful place the great dr. Awad he is so passionate about what he does and so patient I look forward to coming in for my visits in fact they always make way for me to be seen dr. Awad absolutely knows what he is doing been to too many dentist whom we’ll just keep adding on to your bill unnecessarily instead dr. Awad doctor is passionate honest and determined to make his patients happy thank you dr. Awad the office staff is super sweet professional and I appreciate all of their work and hospitality.

This is the first time I’ve come here and I am VERY pleased. I’ve been bringing my kids here and they were happy with everyone here. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. The dentist was the same, he was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why, he asked how I was doing during my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable with what he was doing. I will be making this place my new family dentist.

Got into Prestige Dental Group on an emergency toothache from a half-​broken tooth and the experience has been nothing but pleasant and short of perfect. Dr. Awwad and his staff are extremely professional and meticulous in their work. I can only recommend this office and the work they do.
Without any hesitation, I give him 5 stars for outstanding service, care, cleanliness, comfort and his expertise. Because of strangeness in one of the tooth’s roots and thus possible complications during the root canal, he referred me to a specialist, whom he found himself by calling around for a same or next day appointment. Talking about going above and beyond for your patients.
Also, because he knows about German soccer and my favorite team he actually deserves 6 out 5 stars. Just saying. Priorities people ;) Thank you, Dr. Awwad and the very friendly staff at Prestige Dental!

I waited several months to write this review. I arrived prior to the appointment for two of my kids age 12 and 13. After waiting for over an hour and a half, I noticed the dentist arrived. My kids were finally called and they wanted me to wait in the front office. I was not comfortable with that, so I convinced them to let me go in the back with my kids. There was an assistant and I believe it was her first day because she did not have any idea how to take pictures of my son’s teeth and was unsuccessful at getting any pictures taken. The dentist seemed okay with them, even though he did not speak much. I was not impressed. Nobody was friendly there. I will not be going back.

Amazing. The name fits. Excellent service from all of the staff, front and back. The doctor was patient, funny, kid-​friendly. I arrived a few minutes early for paper work and we were out of there in under 25 minutes. Routine check up. Very good experience.

Only interested in billing expensive procedures. Would not do a routine cleaning as covered by insurance. Tried to up sell me to a deep cleaning and schedule a crown and root canal.

Dr. Awwad and his staff have the customer’s comfort in mind. They have Netflix TV to watch (or at least listen to) while you are in the chair. I have had many dental procedures with other dentists, so when I say Dr. A has great ‘touch’ for keeping the patient informed and comfortable as possible, believe me. Thx Dr. Awwad and staff.

I am someone who has prolonged going to the dentist because of bad experiences in the past. Today I went to Dr. Awwad. The second you walk in, you’re greeted by your name at the front desk. Everyone who works there is so kind and welcoming and most importantly make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Awwad was extremely kind and caring constantly. Great first experience and I will definitely be returning.

What can I say?! Dr. Awwad and Dr. Shadi are an amazing team of Dr.‘s and I am so happy to have them care for my family and I. I cannot thank them enough for their continuous honesty and care. They have two beautiful, clean and state of the art offices in which we have the option of going to and an amazing staff! I drive over 40 miles each way to see them and it is worth every second, it is even worth the traffic if any! haha. I recommend them to all of my family and friends and they have never been disappointed! Thank you Dr.‘s for being the wonderful professionals you are and I am looking forward to our check ups soon!

Amazing staff! Office is very clean and state of the art equipment. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! Their pricing is more than fair! The dentist is a very kind man who took the time to explain everything in great detail. You can tell he really cares about your dental needs. I highly recommend this place! Best dentist I’ve been to in Southern California (I’m originally from Chicago) if your looking for prompt, courtesy and affordable dental care, I suggest you come here! No high pressure sales to sell you procedures you don’t need. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Recently started going to this dentist office just because of my insurance change. Was skeptical at first just like any other person would be with someone new handling your health procedures, but I have to say this is one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to! The staff are so friendly and don’t make you feel rushed and the dr. here is so nice and really takes his time! So happy with this office.

I’ve been to a lot of Dentist’s and this is the best place. I love Dr. Shadi and Yolanda. If either of them weren’t there I don’t think I would go here. Dr. Shadi is funny and Yolanda is so nice and they are both really good at what they do. They take their time on you and are very personable. I don’t feel like another customer but more like a friend to them. Yolanda and Dr. Shadi also gave me the best teeth cleaning I have ever had. I can tell they truly care about their patients. My husband loves Dr. Shadi and Yolanda too and we decided we will stay with them even if our insurance changes.

I’ve been to a handful of dentists over the years. Some have been good, while others have been not so great. I needed a dentist that was close to my home and passed by this dentist office one day. I scheduled an appointment and the rest is history.
I could not be more happy with Dr. Awwad, Yolanda and Lydia. They are seriously top notch! They have terrific communication skills and go over every detail with you. I typically never have more than a 10 minute wait and Dr. Awwad is gentle as can be. He is super personable and professional and makes you feel totally comfortable. I got my first shot when I had to have some work done and kid you not, I didn’t feel more than a tiny pin prick. I couldn’t be happier that I chose this dentistry. I love them!!!

This is the first dental office I have liked since moving to Murrieta. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Awwad and his entire staff. I have never been to any doctor’s office that has such amazing, kind, genuine people working there. The front office staff is friendly and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there.
I have been to many dentists in my life, ranging from terrible to tolerable. But Dr. Awwad literally takes all the pain and discomfort out of dentistry. He is kind, funny, and did an excellent job explaining everything to me before the procedure. He didn’t act rushed or like he had somewhere else to be. He took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel silly for asking what I am sure were very basic questions.
If you’re looking for an honest opinion and top of the line work and professionalism, I strongly recommend giving him a try.

I moved here to California almost two years ago from Michigan. I called my previous dentist of 27 years Dr. Sandberg and asked her of a referral — and I’m so glad I did.
She was right on! The professionalism and service at Prestige Dental met all my expectations. I’ve been there for 3 visits so far and was treated by Dr. Khasati and Dr. Awad who both provided a high level of service. I found my new Dentists in California and I can’t help but SMILE about it!
