Great place for healthy options. Fridays all of their lunches are half price. The food is typically delivered all over the West Coast. However, you can go in and pick up lunches to go.

First week using family meal plan. Very tasty and delivered to my house. So glad my family can have a healthy dinner without breaking my bank account!

Primal Cravings provide amazing healthy food, on time deliveries, and they work around your schedule when you need them to. Best food service I have ever used, I recommend them to anyone looking for a meal prep service.

I just finished my 4^th week of Primal Cravings and it is my last. They have such great potential here. The food is just OK. Some of it was really good but for the most part quality control is lacking big time. Almost every delivery had something wrong with it. Some days it would be completely different then what is on their menu (happened pretty often). One day I got quiche that was burnt. One day I got albondigas soup that had all the liquid drained out of it by the time it got to my door step. A couple times I got the dinner even though I had ordered breakfast and lunch. Soggy vegetables seems to be their specialty. I’m sure it was very good when they cooked it but by the time you re-​heat it in the microwave it’s just mush. Whats worse is their communication. or lack of. If you read the other reviews you’ll see I’m not the only one. They don’t answer the phone at all. When I first signed up I was able to reach them via text but when I tried to reach out to them about the albondigas soup being delivered with no soup (just three meatballs) I got nothing back. Even sent them an e-​mail and told them how good everything else was but I had problems with the soup they never responded. The food is not cheap and personally I don’t think it was worth it. Especially when they messed up and I have to go spend more money to get lunch or breakfast to replace their meals

I’ve been doing Primal Cravings for just over 5 months now and cannot thank Lea and her team enough for everything they do. The food is amazing and has helped me step out of my ‘comfort zone’ with a constantly varying (and delicious!) menu. I used to eat the same foods almost every day thinking I was eating healthy and giving my body the fuel it needed, but it wasn’t until trying Primal Cravings that I realized I was so wrong! Within weeks of starting with Lea’s meals I noticed a difference not only in my body but in my overall energy level. The time I’ve saved with not having to stress over meal prep has allowed me to focus on other things and work toward different personal goals.

I signed up for Primal Cravings a little over a year ago and it was by far the best decision I have ever made to say the very least! I didn’t necessarily sign up for the meal program to lose weight or reach some sort of health or fitness goal, I was simply (and still am) one of those people that hated having to cook anything for myself. I am an avid baker, but a less than enthusiastic cook and survived off of cereal and sandwiches most nights, unless I went out to eat or someone else cooked for me, so when a friend from the gym told me about this meal delivery service that brings healthy food to your house, I could not contain my excitement and pretty much signed up right away.
From the first meal delivery on I was completely hooked and eating such fancy meals as braised pork, chicken fried steak and eggs, bacon wrapped dates, chicken masala and so much more, not to mention the chunky monkey pancakes and French toast I got every once in a while as a breakfast treat! Suddenly my boring lunches (everyone at the office always made fun of me for eating the exact same thing every day… sandwich and baby carrots) and cereal dinners were transformed into delicious, nutritious meals that made me feel like I was staying at an all-​inclusive resort for the same price I’d spend at the grocery store every week! The whole experience was too good to be true and actually still is.
Here I am a year later, still totally in awe of what the Primal Cravings team cooks up each week and find myself hardly being able to wait over the weekend to see the new menu posted on their website. Lea and the team are absolutely fantastic if I ever need to adjust my delivery schedule (if I go out of town or something) and go above and beyond to make sure I am more than satisfied with their service.
I have recommended Primal Cravings to many of my friends, all of which are now completely hooked and would never go back to eating cereal for dinner ;-) It may sound cheesy, but the Primal Cravings team has literally changed my life in so many ways and I am forever grateful for this amazing company and the service they provide. They not only feed me nutritious meals that I don’t have to spend a minute planning or prepping for, have exposed me to so many new dishes and foods that I would have never tried in a million years, and truly make sure I live a healthy and well-​rounded lifestyle when it comes to my nutrition and food choices.
I can’t say enough great things about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either get their nutrition under control, get lean and mean with healthy meals or just make a change from cereal and sandwich dinners Primal Cravings has been a life saver for me and I honestly don’t know what I would do without them anymore. There is no greater feeling than coming home from a weekend in Vegas, where booze and pizza was rampant, knowing that Monday morning begins with a fresh food delivery that will not only fix the weekend, but instantly make me feel good about my body and well-​being.
Well, I could go on and on, but bottom line, Primal Cravings team, you guys are the very best and I am so incredibly thankful for taking such great care of me!

I ordered the food delivery for about eight weeks. The first week the food was okay but pretty flavorless, lots of chicken chunks with no seasoning. Reheating made the food taste bad. After a few weeks I couldn’t even take another bite of the bland bowls, so I started pawning them off on family. They couldn’t get it down either. So I cancelled the service. They kept sending the bowls to me because the company is extremely unorganized. The company proceeded to charge me, and I still have not been refunded after countless emails. Emailing is the only way I know how to get a hold of anyone there. The people who work there are MIA. They don’t respond to you EVER, and you cannot get a hold of anyone, which is very frustrating. So unless you want to eat nasty boiled chicken chunks the rest of your life, and keep paying someone who refuses to respond or stop your delivery, then this is not the place for you. And if you do sign up and cancel later, get ready to call your credit card company and have them refund you on their end. My advice is just cook it yourself. Trust me your food will taste better no matter what type of cook you are.

This is my first week getting food from primal and I couldn’t be happier so far!
The food is delicious and the variety is spectacular.
Sunday night I weighed in at 252lbs and tonight I’m at 246.
Am I hungry… Yes. But that’s the point! I’m adjusting to eating like a human is meant to and not like a f’ing ruthless monster like I was. I know my health was at risk and now I know I’m on the right track because I don’t hate myself after I eating.
I do find myself excited to see what’s at the door every few days, so that’s cool!
Pay no attention to the hatters on here promoting another company, clearly they are only here to do just that. I met Lea last Wednesday and she is lovely and works very hard to satisfy her clients. Keep it up Lea & primal cravings!

Food looks gross and gray. Some. I am not sure Is even paleo. Although– I did lose weight with my first meal bc I vomited to an inch of my life within an hour of consuming my first meal aka bbq chicken and kale. I was up all night sick and lost a total of 7 lbs. This place barely gives you enough food. Kind of shameful. My bf has his last meal left in the fridge-​stuffed peppers? Plural? Interesting because there isn’t even ONE WHOLE PEPPER. I can’t knock the hustle but this place is a rip off. Better off looking locally and finding a friend of a friend w a smaller catering business that is able to take the time to create carefully designed meals rather than random slop. Not once was one meal ever enough for my boyfriend so what’s the point if it won’t fill you up? Forgot-​you can pay even more and get more protein… That’s right.

Food was good but only when I got it. I had a bad experience when It came to getting my meals and a refund.

I love waking up Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to find a bag of delicious, healthy, ready-​to-​go food on my doorstep. It feels like being a kid at Christmas. Sure, it’s special to have someone else cook for me, but it also helps to keep me on track eating how I should be with enough protein and veggies and low carbs. The food tastes great, is primarily organic and incorporates a lot of spices that I wouldn’t normally use, but taste great. I think Lea has put together an amazing business and if you take the time to have a conversation with her, you will find she is courageous and determined. If you are trying to change your lifestyle to be more healthy, this is a great way to transition!

I’m a fire breather por vida! Good stuff! Menus are great and ever changing. One diet you won’t get bored with!

My husband and I have a serious chronic illness that has recently made it extremely challenging to go grocery shopping, cook, do dishes, etc. I found Primal Cravings on the internet & gave them a call and left a message. 4 days later I still did not get a call back. I then decided to email with a few questions… one of which was answered the next day and the other (if they delivered to my area) I did not get an answer for a few days. I emailed a second time and finally got a reply a day later telling me they did not deliver to my area although I am in Riverside County. Their website states they deliver throughout Riverside County.
Here is what bothered me about Primal Cravings:
1.) I NEVER did get a call back.
2.) They took days to give me a simple answer.
3.) The address on their Unilocal page is not accurate. My husband and I (while waiting for a call or email response) drove by and the location is closed and no longer operating.
4.) In the email stating they do not deliver to my area… there was no alternatives or suggestions or even a call to see if there were any other options. Had someone had the professionalism to call me back and let me know where I could pick up said food, I may have done that.
Based on how the owner handled my contacts/​inquires about her business, it shows me that she does not need/​want my business. It also shows that she is not committed to reaching out to people who are ill and helping them with some delivery alternatives. I will happily be taking my money/​business to Pete’s Paleo. I got a call back and all my questions answered the same day. Thank you, Pete’s Paleo. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Today day 3 and everything I have eaten has been outstanding. Signed up for complete plan but that was too much food. Had to freeze some. Changed it to standard. Have not been hungry at all. I live in Hunt Beach. Food is on your porch mom wed and fri upon leaving for work. They use so many fresh items. Looking forward to attending some of their cooking classes. You will not be disappointed. So easy to eat so healthy if you work full time. So happy to have found Primal Cravings.

I get three meals and two snacks delivered to me five days per week. The portions are good sized and great tasting! The recipes that they come up with are imaginative and brilliant! Who would have thought that eating bacon could actually lower my cholesterol??? Great job, Primal Cravings!!!

What an amazing service! A lot of times when you think of eating Paleo food, you think that it’s impossible that it will taste good or you may think it will lack flavor. Not with Primal Cravings, mouth is having a little party when I eat what they have delivered. The food is full of flavor and the portions are the perfect size.
The great thing about eating Paleo is that you don’t crash during the day, you don’t feel sick, tired, bloated or too full after you eat. They have taken out all the stuff your body doesn’t need and just left you with what your body really needs to operate at it’s best. I find that my body works best when I change up my diet and don’t eat the same thing day after day. Primal Cravings makes it easy to eat different yummy things everyday, the best part is the you know they are using great natural ingredients.
Paleo is not just for those doing CrossFit either. I started eating this way because of some stomach problems. I found that my chronic headaches went away, my stomach problems went away and my sleeping problems are now gone, problems I didn’t even realize were because of the food I was eating. On top of that had more energy and lost weight, it was like a layer of fat I couldn’t get rid of just vanished without even trying.
Lea is quick to respond to any question you may have and is super friendly. I was excited to learn that they deliver to South Orange County, what could be better than fresh tasty food delivered right to your door at a very affordable price!
