Established in 1993.

Safe and Secure Locksmith Service is the premier Locksmith Company in the Murrieta and Temecula Valleys. Opened in 1993 and expanded to our new, 4,000 square foot facility on January 1st, 2011. Our new safe showroom and full service locksmith shop now offer great discounts on safes and vaults as well as the ONLY locksmith shop in the valley.

Professionalism and courtesy is what you can expect to find in our service. We specialize in commercial accounts and service as well as being residential security experts. Brought in a couple Keyport blanks to be cut from originals, not sure whether or not they cut them. The guy was unfamiliar with them; said he’s cut them with no guarantees but for FREE! Service was prompt and customer service was great. Will be back for all lock/​key needs.

Excellent customer service! I went in on a Saturday. The shop was temporarily open by appointment only. Another customer had already called and said the owner was on her way. When she arrived, she apologized for the inconvenience. She informed us were out due to illness, but she would call all of the local locksmiths to see if they could help. When she couldn’t get a hold of anyone she took my information and asked if I wouldn’t mind picking them up on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning to let me know that the keys were ready for pickup. They ended up giving what I would consider a generous discount for my trouble (I assume). Safe and Secure went above and beyond anything I expected. It’s nice to know that businesses like this still exist!

Great customer service on the phone and in their shop! I had a custom key and other places said they couldn’t cut it but safe and secure did and really quick too! They also have a huge variety of keys in their shop. Definitely will be using them for the future!

Been here once before and service was good — this time I came in to have a new key cut and programmed. I was the only one there and he told me he was to busy and come back at tomorrow at 8 in the morning? Hey I’ve got things to do to — going somewhere else! I found out Hank’s Hardware can cut and program car keys on the spot for less than this place.

I fail to see why so many 5 star reviews from this place. Came in to get couple keys copied. The semi bald headed man at the counter was very rude, no «hi» or «welcome» when my girlfriend and me stepped in. Instead we were greeted with a «what do you want», well ok there. He copied the keys quickly, ill give em that. After getting the keys cut i said thank you to him and got a «yah whatever» back. Honestly better off going to self serve cutting machine like ones in walmart, least they wont treat you like crap!

So after going around to like 2 places and calling 20. Either the locksmiths I called couldn’t make a Honda key copy, or they recommended safe and secure. He didn’t want to run my card due to the charges (I’m sure aren’t as much as my bill) so just handed it back and told me to keep it. I would’ve given him cash if I had any

I had S&S rekey a new electronic lock in their shop. Get home and found the user guide was with the codes was not in the box. Another one hour round trip to pick up the guide, which was originally in the box. No I’m sorry or anything. Not a happy customer

I came in here after going to Honda of Temecula to cut a blank after market key for me. The dealership gave me the BS reason that it will ruin his machine to cut a blank after market key. Well, these guys cut my key with no BS and not expensive at all compare to stores that i’ve asked. I will definitely be back at this stock if i ever needed any of my keys copied or if i have any lock out problems. Thank You!

Excellent service. We had an interior deadbolt lock installed (not visible from the outside), a second deadbolt on our home office, and the entire house re-​keyed so that one key fits all plus five keys made. He did an excellent job and the keys work very smoothly which is not always the case. He had all the right tools and did the job right the first time. I think his price was competitive although I didn’t get other estimates but he was here a long time. I recommend this company.

This company has been in Temecula and worked in the town and surrounding areas as long as I can remember, and I’ve been here for 37 years. Great owner! Wonderful employees. You can trust all of them to come and work in your home and to do a great job and give you the best price available. I have had them do lots of things, and when I suggest things they actually will tell me which is the cheapest way to go! Now that is honest and someone you want to keep in your phone book! Wow.
These guys are super duper awesome. Why? Because getting duplicates for a 53 year old car is hard enough as it is, and they made the experience less painful. Sure, we didn’t find the right key and it’s now being backordered, but the level of attention to detail and customer service was impeccable. I walked out of there after talking to two guys who made me laugh and smile the entire time as they searched high and low for a key. They found a key that might fit and they told me to go try it. I wasn’t charged since they couldn’t guarantee the key. Wow (I know I said that already). I like this place a lot. Home Depot might be good for regular keys, but I think i’ll come here for all of my locksmith needs. Thanks again guys!

The largest selection of locks and safes in Murrieta can be found at Safe and Secure Locksmith. But let’s face it, most of us will go to Home Depot or Lowe’s if we need a door lock or a spare key made.
But how many times have you waited 5 or more minutes at a Lowe’s or Home Depot to get a key made? Do you know how long you’ll wait for service at Safe and Secure?
No time at all.
The prices are competitive enough, but the store is a bit out of the way. I’ll usually save this errand for whenever I need to buy bread at the Entenmann’s Bakery next door. Maybe you can do the same.
Or maybe supporting local businesses just isn’t that important to you…
