Singleton Smith Law Office is absolutely the best! Everyone I encountered was wonderful, but my paralegal Danielle is what made this experience so wonderful! She was so helpful and professional, and I will defiantly be using them in the future!

I give Singleton-​Smith law office 10 out of 5 stars! Every person that I encountered (from the receptionist, to the paralegal to the attorneys) were so caring and attentive. Though, I was going through a very tough time; the people of this law office made things a little easier for me. The law offices of Singleton-​Smith are an asset to the people of this community. Attorney Brandy Tristao was very knowledgeable and straightforward. She gave me much needed information that helped my case tremendously. Attorney Diane Singleton-​Smith was very understanding and went out of her way to help me during my time of need. The legal assistant, Crystal, answered my emails immediately and worked above & beyond. Crystal provided information so that I was able to file an effective restraining order against my husband. These women are amazing! The law office of Singleton-​Smith provided me with knowledge and assistance as I was going through my divorce. I will never forget what they all did for me.

I dealt with both Danielle & Brandy. Both were very professional & informative. communication was clear & timely. As of my last court date i was disappointed with the judges determination. However i do not feel that was fault of anyone that worked on the case. Although this was a very stressful time, attorney Brandy and the other law firm staff were very aggressive with preparing the proper response forms, and informing me of case laws that protect parents from having their custody taken away. Do not hire this attorney if you are a man. My ex made up complete lies about me in order to try to take my child away from me and get maximum child support money. Not only did Diane not believe me when I told her my ex’s story was complete lies, but she actually seemed to sympathize with my lying ex! She worked together with my ex’s unethical attorney behind my back and allowed me to walk into a trap. I’m still suffering due to this attorney’s lack of protection. Avoid.

I hired Diane Singleton to ensure that my daughter would get the protection she needed. My daughter’s mother crashed her car while intoxicated. In preparing for the case, I tried contacting Diane numerous times and was continually told she was busy. I finally had to get upset just to speak with a paralegal. I was told I have nothing to worry about, that they can’t even believe an attorney would take the case against me. They encouraged all evidence I brought to them. I get a call from Matt a day prior to court who assures me that we will get everything we ask for and that there is nothing to worry about. At court, the judge ignores the mediator’s recommendations and gives two overnights, just 2 months after the accident. I am floored as my attorney assured me that I had nothing to worry about.
Matt advises me to ask for an evidentiary hearing after I ask him about my options. I give him all the facts and he tells me that we have a strong case and that we can always settle out of court. I once again can’t get in touch with Diane. Finally after numerous calls, they «squeeze me in.» She assures me that we made the right choice and we have option and that once again I have nothing to worry about.
Finally 2 days before our paperwork is due, the paralegal tells me I have nothing to worry about even though we haven’t built a case. After all of that, I had gone through $ 3000, spoke to Diane for less than 30 minutes, Had no case to present and my only two options are to ask the other party to settle out of court or to ask for a continuance.
I was advised to use evidence that was disregarded, was constantly told I was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about and was not given the proper attention. I am now out of $ 3000 and I am facing an evidentiary hearing with no case to present and am far worse off than I would have been if I handled this case on my own.
Diane’s office was ineffective and offered me no benefit. I am extremely dissatisfied with her whole office.

My husband fell at work and we contacted their law office. Although we needed a Worker’s Comp attorney, they explained why and gave us a referral to another attorney who’s been very helpful.
It’s nice that they took the time to hear our case, and although they couldn’t work with us, referred us to a reputable place who could, instead of just taking our money.

Didn’t want to help me and told me how wrong I was to even want to change a order that not working for me and my children. All because I don’t have a job doesn’t mean I’m not worth it to you cause you would have gotten paid. Talk about discrimination!
