Nasty older woman at register makes the experience here what it is. Yucky ! Weird feeling in this place, bathroom out of order with no apology. Just a lousy Starbucks generally, no outlets for electronics nor outside seating.

I ordered a s’mores Frappuccino only to find that there was a tiny amount of Taco dribble on the side no marshmallow whip cream or anything it is nothing like the other Starbucks s’mores Frappuccino that I have had I am never coming here again

Small, cramped place. I have been there twice and been trampled by high school students(there is a high school close by) and a very large woman smashed into me as she tried to get by despite me being pinned against the wall(my only offense was waiting for my drink). There is not enough room to wait for your drinks without being in someone’s way. NOOUTDOORSEATING… kids all over the place. sitting on the floor… in corners… sitting on the side walk outside. not a place for business meeting or date. I will never visit again.

I am not a fan of writing reviews for awful places. But this Starbucks takes the top prize for horrible customer service. No hello or smiles when you walk in. I asked one of the gals for a fresh container of half & half because it made my coffee taste a bit off. I was told that it was fresh– the container was almost empty. This location shouldn’t nickel and dime things. This isn’t the first time and probably not the last time they will do this. I will be skipping this location indefinitely and I will make sure everyone I know does the same.

My family and I have been regulars ever since they opened here in Cal Oaks. And every staff knows(or at least will get to know) my mom and her custom order; to the point where the baristas would finish my sentence if I forgot her drink or ask«is this for Beth?». I remember one of the barista would never ask for my name and just write«Beth’s Daughter.» Starla is still there and she definitely knows our orders by heart, so if we felt like changing it up, it would catch her off guard. But she is definitely one of our favorites, because her service is always on point and she never disappoints. I know employees come and go but I do miss some of the old employees who have transferred to other locations. I just feel like the vibe here isn’t the same anymore. My mom definitely loves the quick order and pay though, so no more waiting in long lines.

I really like this location, has a great atmosphere. I have a mixed review on the staff though. There is a gentleman who works in the afternoons that is positive, efficient, and has great customer service. There is a gal in the morning who is rude and snappy. I feel like the morning needs to be the better attitude. It’s the first thing people experience in the morning. Put a smile on! If it weren’t for the gentleman in the afternoon, this bucks would get a 2.

Went in on Saturday around 5 pm for a coffee before our movie. Took forever despite there being no customers in here. There was 2 employees working and they had no sense of good work ethic whatsoever. The young man was kind but stopped what he was doing completely several times to chat with customers behind us. Finished the girls green tea behind us before even starting our regular coffee drinks, after stopping completely just to socialize and take selfies with the green tea customer. The place has gone way down hill lately. There’s a layer of dust on the shelves that I could write my name in. Good thing we went with plenty of time before the movie. Never have I had such a bad experience at Starbucks. Disappointed. :(

Ok, so this is a small review. My fiancé and I stopped here on the way to a wedding and he ordered an iced coffee with 3 pumps of half and half and sweetener. This little bastard laughed at him and said hmm… ok. Me being me., I was like is that a problem?! And he’s like well… we don’t actually pump the half and half. its already in there blah blah blah. Look you little poop(I think his name was Steve) whatever makes you go faster… DOIT! They are rude. We won’t come back to this starbucks again.

Sweet employees & fast service. Plenty of parking. Decent size for inside seating & product. No lines greeted me on this visit. Quick order & pay process. The young fella that made my smores frappacino was quick. And it was oh so good & refreshing.

During Frappuccino hour, how your team is set up for production is terrible. Only one of the espresso machine was stationed and the store only has one blender. That’s terrible.

This place blows. They didn’t take my name down and I was waiting forever to get my drink. The guy kept asking what was the name? I was like f* you didn’t take my name!

The one reason I still like Starbucks is for it being dependable and consistent. But the attitude from both employees working was terrible and the barista couldn’t even take the time to STIR much less shake the clumpy matcha green tea powder into my drink. He just threw it on the top and handed it to me and said«here». So then I proceeded to sit in the store and try to mix my own drink for 10 min. People pay $ 5 for a drink for that service to come with it. Never again.

SUCH A SHITTYSTARBUCKS. I will never come here again. The baristas in this Starbucks have AWFUL customer service are apparently can’t read what is clearly written on the cup. They have horrible attitudes and do not know how to deal with confrontation. I hope all who visit this Starbucks have a better experience because I would never wish this upon anyone else.

There’s this girl who works there with really short hair and a bad attitude. Everytime I’ve gone in here she is talking to friends visiting her instead of doing her job. And she talks at the top of her lungs for the world to hear for some reason. She is very rude and a poor employee to have. Aside from her the employees never know what they are making or what you are asking for. Like normal items you can order at every other location. Least favorite starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in. the girl making the drinks. Cheyenne was snippy and rude if u don’t like your job find a new one. Place was filthy stuff spilled all over the counters and don’t get me started on the floor. I will NEVER go back in this dirty unfriendly Starbucks again. What a shame
