Ordered a philly steak and the amount of meat they put on it didn’t even closely resemble the picture on the menu. Couldn’t even see any meat on it. I asked the kid what the problem was and he said he could add double meat for an extra price. I said, «No!» I want what is in the picture at the price that’s right next to it. The kid looked dumbfounded. I’m not accepting anymore crap or exploitation. Our elected officials have that covered. I walked out. Scratch another marginal failing franchise off my list.

Very helpful and patient staff. Bought 3 subs before hiking the Santa Rosa Plateau Trail and enjoyed them during our hiking break.

Don’t… Just don’t. This new«all white meat chicken strips» they are advertising is the same fake chicken CRAP they were serving before! Completely inedible !! Go to jersey mikes instead !

Well, for value I rate it poorly. I tried the $ 2.00 special meatball 6 inch sub. It tasted ok, but it was like eating bread and sauce, with a small piece of meat every other bite. The amount of meatballs they count out is not enough to fill the bread loaf that is used. The meatball would need to 2 times larger at least, to fill the bread and make it a true, meatball sandwich. As I looked at others eating their food, the common thing was a sandwich that was more bread than the ingredients inside. These guys use the smallest amount of meat in every sandwich. Then they ask you to pay more, if you want more meat. Even when one pays extra, the sandwiches are still not worth it. I hardly ever come here because of the sandwiches lack of meat, and the rare time I give it a try, disappointment.

I know, I know, writing a review on a Subway is silly. Subway food in general really only deserves 2 – 3 stars. But I’ve noticed this location has greatly improved, so I figure reward them with a good review. A year ago, the employees were noticeably untrained, rude, unprofessional, surly, and other negative adjectives. But I’ve noticed that lately someone must be trying a lot harder and training employees. Because they seem so much more professional and friendly than before. In fact, I’d say they are noticeably better than other subway locations I’ve been to. So in case you’ve been here and were turned off by how it used to be, I’d say give it another shot because they seem cool now.

Typical Subway, good sandwiches and the like. Nicely located next to a Starbucks and Juice It Up so there is something for everyone. If your trying to drop some carbs but still want a sandwich try the flatbread, it’s fresh and taste great. If your a cheep skate with a sweet tooth, call the number on the receipt and answer a few questions and viola, a free cookie is yours!!!

This Subway is always clean and orderly. Friendly sandwich artists are eager to construct your creation as you wish. Leslie, the store manager, is super cool and engaging. Definitely recommend this location!

Very good. Clean and they will make it w/as many different fixins as you want. I really like that they put on a new pair of plastic gloves between each customer.
