Temecula Valley Imaging

Well, I have been here twice the CT scan was a piece of cake and the tech was great. However, the second time around wasn’t to great went in for an MRI the exam was just fine but when it was time for the injection it wasn’t. I had told the tech my right arm had a very good vein that shouldn’t give him trouble he said «it’s alright I will just use this one it’s pretty good. «nope he didn’t listen. Yes it may feel good but it’s not a good vein and I went home with a massive bruse. It’s been a week and some change and it still has not gone away. Poor listening skills by the MRI tech.

I have been here numerous times for imaging from Mri to CT San to regular x rays to mammograms and ultra sound.
Each time I’ve had great experiences with staff. The wait is not long. The technicians are professional and helpful. The gentleman who did my MRI today kept asking me if I was comfortable and made sure to keep me posted on how I was progressing.
I’m not a nervous person in the MRI tube. I’ve been stuck in those tubes for longer than I care to admit. I do not have claustrophobia nor do I have anxiety about the procedure. I’m lucky that I don’t have to deal with that.
They always submit my reports timely and efficiently.
The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and professional. I’m impressed by their ability to get people in and out so smoothly.
Whenever you’re dealing with medical issues it’s never pleasant but these people make it bearable. Thank you TVI! I’m sure I’ll be back. You get my highest recommendation.
