Our salon prides itself on maintaining exceptionally high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Owners can see directly into the grooming area so that your pet doesn’t need to leave your sight. Sit in our garden and enjoy the views whilst your special one is made to feel incredibly special in our salon.

We offer full-​service grooming by fully-​certified groomers. Our creative groomers can even color your dog any color of your choice.

In addition, a FREE collection and drop off service is available to clients who use our grooming services.

We also provide further pet services such as animal sitting and dog walking.

The Dogs’ Palace opened its gates in during summer 2013. We combine a passion for animals with a totally convenient and fulfilling experience for both owners and their special ones. We promise to impress you through skill, elegance and simplicity.

Business Owner

Phil received his grooming certification at The Bristles Dog Grooming and Training Salon in Oswestry, England under the guidance and training of Debby Knight. Debby has over 40 years of grooming experience both in the UK and US and personally knows Melissa VerPlank, author of Notes from the Grooming Table.

Phil provides the complimentary collection and drop off service offered by The Dogs’ Palace. He has many years of experience in dog handling and dog walking. His calm and confident approach will ensure a very safe and comfortable ride for your animal.

You may also see Phil in the Murrieta shop providing support work to the groomers in the form of bathing, brushing and drying.

I have tried to reach Dogs Palace to get my 3rd grooming per a coupon I bought from Groupon. Left several messages. No call backs. Drove by their location and they had vacated property. .Bad business..

I really love these guys. They take wonderful care of my furry babies and every haircut we’ve gotten has been excellent. They usually have monthly specials too that you can sign up and take advantage of.

I typically use a mobile groomer but decided to give this place a shot since they had such good reviews and were offering 20% off for new customers.
Made the appointment online for 1:30, I get a text at 9:30am saying their system messed up and asked that I be there by 11. So I rearranged my schedule brought my dog in at 11. Their site lists the service I signed up for as 60 mins. So I leave and come back a little after 12 to find that she hasn’t even been started on yet. They had just set her in the tub. I found it really weird that when I walked in everyone stopped what they were doing. Not to say hello or greet me, no just literally turned around and stared at me until i walked back out of the door. I got the weirdest vibes right at that moment. I was told it would be another hour. Ok, I leave to run errands… 12:37 I get a call that my dog is ready. So much for that hour grooming service. My husband goes inside to get her and when he picked her up to put her in the car he finds that she’s not even dry. Waited nearly two hours only to find that her service clearly had corners cut on it. I would never go back. If I wanted a wet dog smell I could’ve done that myself. Now I get to pay to have her bathed all over again.

I rarely give out low reviews, and there’s a chance this will be filtered out because apparently people love this place, but I have to be honest.
We had a terrible experience at The Dogs Palace. We brought in our pup here after seeing an ad about a promotional fare on their full groom. Since it was much more competitive with other prices in town, we considered it, only to find out we overpaid.
Our instructions on the cut were completely ignored. The beautiful, flowing coat of our dog disappeared into uneven blotches of fur. He wasn’t even properly blown out, because there was still hair stuck to his paws like toilet paper stuck to a shoe. And most of all, once we picked our dog up, he’d never looked so relieved to see us. We’ve never seem him so agitated and bothered, so we were worried that whatever trauma done here would affect future visits to other groomers.
I e-​mailed management after the incident and never received acknowledgment nor response. On their website it says they have groomers trained in England. Well, it really didn’t show up and I’m disappointed to say I made a mistake in giving them my business. There are other places capable of grooming dogs and taking care of them. We have not been back and don’t ever plan on coming back.

This is the first place that grooms my Yorker consistently every visit. They at nice and have reasonable availability. My dog seems so happy when I pick her up and that makes it all worth it.

I’ve been so impressed with Dogs Palace. Really high-​quality grooming job, but the best part is that they noticed Dieter had an ear infection. I don’t know why I didn’t notice (I’m an idiot), but I took him to the vet and apparently it was a rager that would have been extremely bad if it had gone unnoticed for much longer.
Their prices are reasonable – about $ 40 for a full groom for a Shih Tzu – and they offer occasional discounts on their mailing list.

This is by far the best grooming experience we have ever had. Our four year old Malshi has had some interesting haircuts, so we eventually stopped going to the groomers and did it ourselves. We came across The Dog’s Palace the other day and after reading the other reviews made our dog an appointment to try it out. They did not disappoint. It would seem they specialize in fluffy dogs, as they gave our dog the exact hair cut we asked for. The grooming salon is very clean and calm. She wasn’t stressed at all when we picked her and we love her hair cut! We will be back every three weeks! Thank you!

Had my Mini Schnauzer groomed today. Let me say, they did an amazing job! We have had her groomed at a couple other places, and we were never as thrilled with the results as we are today! They even offer complimentary pick up and drop off within a reasonable distance. And even 20% off for first time customers! Thank you The Dog’s Palace! We will definitely be back!

This place is great! I took my cockapoo in a while ago to get groomed (she was poofy and matted) and she can be a pain to groom; she gets scared so she moves around and makes it hard for the groomers to do anything! When I take her to other places they usually do an alright job with her. But at this place they did an amazing job! She came out looking perfect. Great customer service and they’re really great at what they do. I highly recommend coming here if your pet needs to be groomed!

I hate taking our Maltipom in to get groomed. She stresses, I stress, the groomer stresses, it’s usually no fun. Enter The Dogs Palace. I purchased an introductory offer to give them a try expecting it to go the same way as usual, stressful. BUT alas no, from the initial phone call I could hear the care in the tone of the owner, Phil’s, voice and knew our little Gumball was going to be in good hands. Oh, and did I mention, COMPLIMENTARY (that means free) limo service in a PT Cruiser for our little princess? Um, yes please! Hassle free, fairly priced, listened to desires of cut and the groomer executed wonderfully. Thank goodness, I think we’ve finally found our local groomer! ps~I don’t work for them, never met them, this is not a fake review. Real customer with not enough hours in her day to have the stress of dog grooming. The Dogs Palace took care of everything!

Our dogs definitely got the royal treatment at The Dogs Palace! They both looked so clean & happy after Phil brought them home. The chauffeur service made it easy for me to find the time to get them groomed, I didn’t even have to be home, & the $ 20 off the first grooming is an awesome deal!!!
