The worst customer service. Waited 1−½ hours to be seen and when the took me in, they told me it was too late in the day to verify my out of state insurance so I was sent away.

They were pretty quick to get us in, about a 45 min. wait but the receptionist was far less than welcoming and honestly was telling callers to go elsewhere. Is that because Dr. Hale-​PA was on duty? Doesn’t have a very good bedside manor and you should NEVER tell patients that you go to Web MD for your information. That just means anyone can be a PA! :/

I’ve taken my grandson to this facility twice. Both times he saw a PA, which was fine because he just needed a check up along with a antibiotic. Wait time was great, in and out within 30 minutes or so.

The staff here gave me the impression they didn’t know what they were doing. It was 82 degrees outside at 3 in the afternoon, and they had their heater blasting and none of them noticed. Are u serious? When I asked to turn the fan or AC on they said sure and brushed me off. So I did it myself.
I came in for abdominal pain that might be ulcers. The Dr said she prescribed me something for pain but instead gave me something for nausea. I confirmed it on my smart phone (later with the pharmasist) and she said it wasn’t for nausea it was for pain. She was either a liar or not a real Dr.
