Horrible practice,
Dr Alvarez decides to go on vacation and leave her patients hanging in regards to filling out her portion for my disability claim. This Dr cares nothing for her patients only for the money brought in. I have been waiting for my claim to be complete for over 3 weeks. Wow. Staff is also no help whatsoever

Dr. Alvarez is amazing! Another local neurology office diagnosed me (via MRI) with a mini stroke. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Alvarez (who I visited for a second opinion) explained to me that BY DEFINITION a mini stroke would not show up on an MRI. That’s precisely what separates a mini stroke from a stroke.
Needless to say, I’ve switched over to her office… and I never intend on looking back!

Staff is horribly unorganized and was demeaning when we brought it to their attn. As our only option, we had to visit this office. Dr Alverez is an amazing Dr!!! She is GREAT!!! The staff on the other hand show very little attn. to detail and often argue. 1 star. We will happily drive over an hour to be treated with care and compassion.

Was very pleased with my sons first visit here. AS PER THE ER doctors instructions, we were to follow-​up with Dr Alvarez within 1 – 2 days. The front office staff was able to get him in the next day instead of waiting until October. Beautiful office and professional front office staff. Dr Alvarez was very kind, knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for my sons condition. She was quick to get him the tests he needed. Highly recommend.

Found this facility for my father as a referral from his MD. Very nice staff and office. I especially like their medical assistants. Dr. Alvarez seems young but is extremely knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manner and, even though my dad is a little out of it, she fully involves him in the conversation if his care. Would highly recommend this place!
