Had a couple of slow leaking control valves and thought I’d give Valleyscape a try after reading the reviews. While I am happy with the end result, two new Rainbird valves installed quickly and efficiently (probably took less than a half hour including waiting for PVC cement to dry) and no more leaks, I’m still feeling the total price for parts and labor was a bit on the «cha-​CHING!» side. While I may have been able to find someone cheaper, I am happy with the work so I would probably call them in the future if I have any other problems with my home sprinkler system or need the layout changed or added to.

I could not be happier with Valleyscape’s customer service. The response to schedule an estimate was quick and easy. Chris came out to fix the leak in our irrigation the very next day. He found the leak after much digging, repaired it, and put everything back really nicely and clean. Really efficient and friendly service. Repair also comes with a one year warranty which I have never had with other companies. Their price was also very reasonable compared to another company I had received an estimate from. I will be using this company to have a water pressure regulator installed so that my sprinkler pipes don’t keep bursting. Thank you Valleyscape Irrigation! I so appreciate your help. Thank you Chris!

This company is Wonderful! We called bc another company left us with a mess! Taylor came in and was very professional. He looked at our problem thoroughly and gave us a quote, and was scheduled later to fix it.
They came in professionally and quickly and exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions and concerns. They fixed our major problem in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Everything looked just great! He even mentioned rebates that we were applicable for that we weren’t aware of. Would hire them in a heartbeat!

We purchased an older home in Murrieta and like most old things there are always repairs needed. Our irrigation system was nothing more than eye sore in desperate need of some help. We found Valleyscape on Unilocal and decided to go through them since the reviews were very much in their favor. Taylor was our technician. We just purchased a new home and lo and behold we found several issues with the homes sprinkler system. We called Valleyscape right away — as we have used them in the past. They arrived the following day and Chris has been great to work with once again! If he finds a problem he shows it to you and gives you options to repair/​replace. We now have ‘working’ irrigation that has been updated to a water wise smart system. I feel that we got a great value for our money and would recommend Valleyscape to anyone requiring Irrigation repair or installation.

Like a lot of other homeowners of a new house, we have had major issues with our irrigation system. I am so happy I contacted Valleyscape Sprinkler and Irrigation to repair our system. Taylor replaced half of the valves installed by the builder, and he repaired holes in our drip main line. He was a true professional – explained to me in terms I could understand what he needed to do to get our system in order. I do not feel that he over charged us at all.
I was so impressed by him and his honesty, that I have signed up with Valleyscape to be on their maintenance program.

We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and we’ve never had a sprinkler system. Between not how to use our sprinkler control box and the water tracker from the water company making me scared about my bill, I needed to learn how everything operated ASAP. I called Valleyscape based on Unilocal reviews. Between my limited schedule and Valleyscape being busy today, Terri was still able to fit me into their schedule. Taylor arrived on time and took his time explaining the different parts of the valves and how to use the sprinkler control box. He made suggestions on how often to water our lawn according to drought restrictions. Taylor also made suggestions for future upgrades without being pushy which we’ll happily consider when the time comes. I’ll definitely calling Valleyscape for my sprinkler & irrigation needs in the future!

Recently had Valleyscape come to my home and repair a broken sprinkler line. I was quoted up front a cost and the technician ran into some other un expected problems but he repaired those and also stood by the original price that was quoted. Chris is THE MAN! Apart from being able to solve my sprinkler issues, he is a very friendly guy who’s easy to talk with.
We had a busted pipe and faulty valve and he came by the next day after we called and fixed the problem, AND did a great job making everything look like he had never been there.
Then yesterday my wife called and our backyard sprinklers were going off and flooding our neighbors’ driveway. Luckily, Chris was in Corona on a project and came by after to fix a broken sprinkler head and check a couple other things out.
The communication from the office was great, the prices were definitely reasonable, and Chris was on time and I always got a heads up when he was on his way.
Valleyscape will be my first call every time I need sprinkler/​irrigation help and I suggest you do the same!

We had several issues with our sprinklers, including how to set the controls,
the water pressure on several of the lines and what we thought was a broken
drip line. The gentleman from this company came out (I’m sorry we didn’t get his name).
He was very neat in his appearance and was wearing a Valleyscape Logo shirt.
He assessed the issues that we had and fixed them all in less then an hour at an extremely reasonable price. The broken irrigation line turned out to be an end that had come uncapped. He adjusted the controls so that the sprinklers came on when we wanted them too and he adjusted the water pressure so that the lawn gets full coverage. Another company wanted to redo the entire sprinkler system because they said there were too many sprinkler heads on one line (the man from valleyscape assured us that this was not the case!).
So we cannot say enough good things about this company, they were neat, prompt, reasonably prices and above all very honest! Be assured the next time we have a sprinkler issue they will be the first ones we call. Thank you!

I’m so glad the owner of our rental has this company on call. When we first got here the whole system was a hot mess from previous renters and Chris came out to fix it. A few months later, one of the sprinklers broke and not knowing anything about these systems we once again got a hold of them. Not only was he extremely friendly, he even let me watch what he was doing and told me exactly what he was doing so he could teach me those little fixes. My husband is military and gone a lot and he remembered! To have someone I can count on that’s not all about themselves is refreshing. I will only have him come out in a jam from now on! Recently purchased our home & the sprinklers were in desperate need of some TLC. Working with Taylor was great. He was honest & told us exactly what needed to be done. We scheduled a time for him to come out & repair and adjust everything. 22 sprinkler nozzles fixed, 2 broken ones replaced. Everything sprays perfectly now, no more over spray & run off!

I made an appointment with Terri who was very efficient and helpful. She called back after 4 minutes to say that Taylor would be at the house between 12:30 & 1:00 pm same day (I had called at 11:15 am). Taylor showed up at 12:25 and promptly got to work. He repaired and replaced several sprinkler heads (one with broken stem adaptor) and nozzle heads. He also adjusted the water flow and frequency for appropriate saturation and water conservation. I had set the program for frequent watering on short cyles and Taylor explained that less frequency with one longer saturation (5 – 6 minutes) early in the morning works best and saves water. He did such good work, I chose to give him a tip on top of his $ 100 quote and surprised to get an invoice for $ 90. Pretty cool when you get a 10%+ discount without asking. If you have a sprinkler issue, I highly recommend Valleyscape.

I got burned. Be sure to ask the price before they do the work. My repair guy sort of jokingly floated a couple of outrageous prices at me when he was near completion just to see if I would bite. Then hit me with a price of $ 275. He was at my house for around 2 hours for 2 sprinkler pipe repairs. One required some difficult (tight space) digging, the other was a basic repair. I think that I was overcharged around $ 100. I would not recommend this company and I did not appreciate their unethical business practices. I would give zero stars but this is not an option.

Very positive experience. Prices are fair and reasonable. Scheduling was easy and did not need to wait a long time. Arrived on time. Very professional.
I needed to perform some maintenence on my irrigation system to eliminate over spray and run off; ultimately save water and money. The tech listened, was very knowledgable, had all the right equipment and supplies, and in less than an hour had replaced the sprinklers that needed attention with the new nozzles to spray with the proper distance and angle to meet my requirements 100%.
I have already recommended this company to several of my friends and their experiences have been very positive as well. These guys really know what they are doing. If you need it done right the first time, call Valleyscape.

Look… No matter the situation, when dealing with sprinkler systems and irrigation and water being where it shouldn’t or water not being where it should, most of us are totally at the mercy of professionals. And that was exactly the situation we were in with our new home.
In our case, while doing some pool equipment work, we found a pond of water sitting about 18 inches below our lawn surface. BAH! Was it a water line leak? Sprinkler line leak? Pool line leak? What water related nightmare were we in for???
In a fit of panic, I called Valleyscape and a sprinkler pro was at my door in no time.
Chris showed up exactly when promised and did an audit of our whole system. Based on his experience and the general condition of our system, he suspected a simple drainage /​overwatering problem rather than a (wildly feared and insidious) water line leak. However, he wanted to make absolutely sure. So, you guessed it… He grabbed a shovel and started digging. In the end (and after MUCH mud slinging), Chris determined that our problem could be solved by simply watering our lawn less frequently.
Seriously. Any professional who will go the extra mile to ensure that you DON’T have a problem is a rare and precious find. That’s precisely why I called Valleyscape again a month later to give our system a little TLC. Chris demonstrated a level of integrity that makes me happy to keep calling Valleyscape.

My sprinklers weren’t working so after a little bit of phone tag with their receptionist, I was able to setup an appointment with Valleyscape to come out today to inspect my sprinkler system.
I was at work, but my mother-​in-​law who was home met with Taylor when he showed up. I spoke with him for a few and it was pretty much my own fault that they weren’t working due to a shut off valve I still had turned off… way to go me!
Anyway, Taylor and I chatted a bit more and needless to say, the reviews are pretty spot on about this company. Taylor was great, the company is honest with their work, and I now have working sprinklers!
They also left me a coupon for a future irrigation service… If something else goes wrong, I’ll definitely be giving them another call!

Taylor is a courteous and considerate man. He helped me to figure out my irrigation system that needed an overhaul. He replaced sprinkler nozzles and help the whole system run more efficiently, repairing any and all issues he encountered.

I was very impressed by the friendly, quality service. They were quick to diagnose the problem on the initial visit, told me immediately what it would cost to repair, and then showed up on time exactly when they said they’d arrive to complete the job.
I will likely have more work in the future when we tackle the backyard, and they will be the first ones I call to get the job done.

Taylor came out to access the problem, we had an obvious leak in backyard but weren’t sure if if was due to a broken PVC pipe or a long buried sprinkler head. He found it right away… we would’ve been digging around for some time… it was the buried sprinkler head that was now spurting out of broken head.
He was on time and very pleasant. Would definitely call again and will refer to others!
