Vineyard Blind & Shutter

I have used Vineyard a couple of times now. Well priced and Randy is great to work with.

I had a great experience with Vineyard Blind & Shutter. I was in the middle of getting quotes from several blind companies when Peter came out and gave me a bid that was just to good to pass up. He was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. I ordered them on Thursday and they were installed the following Wednesday. Brian and Mike came out to do the installation. They arrived on time and couldn’t have been nicer! I was seriously shocked when they had my whole house (12 windows) done in less than half an hour! Not only was it fast but it was done right! Thank you Vineyard! Thank you Peter! Thank you Brian and Mike! You guys rock!

So very pleased with every aspect of this company. Every person I interacted with was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The receptionist/​scheduler, Pete in sales/​orders, the first group of installers (sorry I did not get their names), as well as Trever and Jeff who did my second install; all provided top notch service. The treatments I selected are perfect and the price was less than half of a competitors quote. Pete was beyond patient with me during the selection process as I went back and forth trying to decide. He threw out an option which, when installed, was much better than I had even hoped for! Woo Hoo! Thank you!!! I’ll be seeing you again for some additional needs.

Love this company. Prices were the best I could find. The installers were fast and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again. I did ask if they offered veteran’s or firefighter discounts, but Randy said the exclusion of the sales tax was discount.

I am really disappointed because I had such high hopes after the personal recommendation and reading all of the reviews on Unilocal.I am giving a couple stars because of the very pleasant lady who does the scheduling but the gentleman who came out to see us is another story. First he called flustered because he had the appointment written down wrong which was fine it’s just when he got here things really broke down for us. We said we had two areas we wanted to look at but he never got to the second area. When we realized bifold shutters wouldn’t work for the slider we asked for other options and we weren’t given much of a selection. Then he got a phone call from what sounded like an installer they exchanged some heated «words». after quickly getting off the phone he gave us a quote for one option and high-​tailed it out of our house as if going to a fire and he left without seeing the other room. I felt like we were rushed through the whole appointment and then he blew us off. My husband and I took off time for this.
Update: We received a call and a sincere apology from the gentleman who visited our home and provided the initial quote. Thank you for the apology, it is really appreciated.

Best experience with this company!!! Everything went so smooth from the estimate, ordering, and install. I even had to cancel my install date same day and they had no problem working around my schedule and made it work for me! Thank You So Much Vineyard for such a great experience

We called vineyard out to give us a quote on plantation shutters. Randy arrived on time. He measured all of our windows and gave us a window by window and room by room quote. He told us we could order window by window or room by room, whatever we could afford for the same price. We decided to order for the family room windows first. Very convenient and Randy was personable and professional.
This was the second time we have ordered from them, right after we moved in we ordered a sillouete shade for the slider in the bedroom which we are very pleased with. Randy also suggested donating our 1 year old blinds to habitat for humanity for a tax deduction. We are more then pleased with this company.

Vineyard blind and shutter has outfitted my entire home with beautiful plantation shutters. Today I had an Averte shade put in my living room over the sliding glass door by Brian. Brian was professional courteous fast working and knew exactly what he was doing. I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge of how to install this very difficult shade. I would recommend these people to anyone in Southern California!

This is an update to my previous review. As I mentioned before, one of the blinds that was supposed to be installed in my dining room was the wrong size. Just this weekend, Jared returned to my home to install the new blinds. Not only were they the right size, but they look beautiful and he finished very quickly! I am very happy with the final result and the customer service I received from Jared was phenomenal. He also reminded me that I have a full coverage warranty for as long as I own my home. Now how’s THAT for customer service?! Thank you Jared and Keith. I would totally recommend this company.

I needed a shade chain repaired. The person who scheduled my appt (I think her name was Jessica?) was extremely accommodating and professional. I had to run home from work to meet Brian and Keith who actually arrived early. I was quoted the repair would take 15 – 20 minutes but these guys were in and out in less than 10. Brian and Keith were equally friendly and professional. Thank you!

Excellent all around. I called and set up appointment with the sales manager, Randy. He showed up at the appointed time and was very helpful in out selection process. Blinds and installers arrived a week later as promised. Beautiful and nice quality blinds, good pricing but more importantly, excellent workers. They were on time, polite and knew what they were doing. Job was completed quickly and work area was left neat and clean. I will most likely upgrade the whole house to wood shutters in the near future. I will definitely give them my business again. Highly recommended.

OK, I’m updating my review because Vineyard deserves it. Although I did have to follow up a few times, Randy made it right, getting my blinds in in record time and having them installed immediately. I did have one slat with a small dent (I’m picky), but the installer is not only replacing it, he is giving me a few extras just in case.
This would have easily been a 5-​star review if there hadn’t been the bumps along the road, it’s too bad. But I would recommend Vineyard, and I will likely use them again. Their plantation shutters are really beautiful, and Randy does respond quickly – I believe it being summertime, busy, and with vacations, that communication was stalled.

They did all of the window treatment for our house 5 years ago and when one of our vertical blinds fell off (bc our dogs keep running into it) they offered to come out with 5 individual replacement blinds for FREE. Including installation
So happy with their product and customer service.

Great service: The rep came out to my house, showed us the company’s selection and made some recommendations. We knew we wanted shutters, the only questions we had were style and color.
Great prices: We got coverings for almost every window in our house; 7 shutters, 5 sets of blinds and 1 sun shade. The price was WELL below our budget.
Installation: The blinds and shade were installed the next week. The shutters were a custom order so it took 8 weeks to receive them. Each time the installer was over he was quick and courteous
So far the window coverings have exceeded our expectations. Beauty and function all in one, plus they are backed by a lifetime warranty.
We are happy we chose Vineyard Blinds and you will be too.

I called them because of the good ratings on Unilocal.The sales person came to my house, measured all the windows and said he would call me back to tell me the price. The sales rep never called. I even called their office and left a message, and still didn’t get any response. I almost forgot about this until I saw their truck driving around town. I felt it was time wasted on both ends therefore the 1 star rating.

Based on their excellent Unilocal reviews, we called Vineyard, and they came to our house, measured all the windows, and then discussed the cost of different blind and shutter options (for free!) A few days later they came out with a crew of three and expertly installed 28 windows worth of blinds in about an hour! The blinds were better than what we planned to DIY at Home Depot, and were a good bit cheaper too. Not to mention I didn’t have to spend all day installing them. Vineyard also guarantees their blinds. We are extremely satisfied with the service and the price. Saved money over DIY. Big win for us!

We used Vineyard to do or shutters in Orange County. They have great customer service (Barbara is wonderful!), very responsive, and, the product itself, no complaints. Great doing business with them! Plus they offered several affordable options or repayment methods. Thanks guys!

Set an appointment to get a estimate guy came and measured all the windows said he didn’t have time to go over anything with me and would email me a estimate still have yet to receive a email with a quote or a phone call I guess they are not interested in earning my business
Update: The Rep called and apologized for miscommunication promised he would have quote over to me first thing tomorrow, will still keep them in mind seeing that they have great reviews and reputation.

Great prices, product, and people. They installed shutters in all of my rooms on the first floor for a very competitive price. I am now in the process of doing the entire house. We are doing one room at a time, which makes it a little easier… Clean installs, and communication was excellent.

Ditto with everything Jeff M. said in his review. Great customer service and I appreciated the presentation of portfolio of their contractors license and their rating from the BBB. Prices were the best and the installer was extremely professional, efficient and fast.
