If you are looking for custom orders… stay away from this place. I have not had just one bad experience from this place. I always try to support local business but in the future I will be taking mine elsewhere. First experience with them, asked them to design tank tops for a charity run. Never even heard a peep back after the lady told me I would receive an email within 72 hours for design approval. Now my son is playing on a basketball team where uniforms were ordered oct 28^th and here we are almost 2 months later and no uniform. Yet, they were paid. When called to complain passed the buck and continued to tell me it wasn’t their fault. Never once apologized for this or offered any discount on order placed or future order. The man I spoke with was rude and talked over me the entire time. When uniforms were ordered, the team was never told about a back order. Now another team has received their full uniform and ours has not. I get told I can call another company and complain. I think not. It’s your supplier… you handle it. I dealt with you not them. My son is disappointed that he won’t have a uniform until probably half the basketball season is over. I’m disappointed that there are still companies out there that have no regard for customer service and take no ownership of problems.
