My parents bought a new freezer from here in January, took 3 weeks to get it. When it was delivered by them it was damaged, store owner promised a $ 50 rebate which has not been received yet, and now will not return phone calls. It has been 6 weeks since this was agreed upon. Other family members have also had the same customer service from them… NONE!!! Would not recommend going there.
