I took my Ford truck here after I had it at 3 other shops and no one could get it running correctly. It had been to a dealer to note as well. Jamie diagnosed a broken wire on the actuator and a vacuum leak. The shop I paid thousands to already had to do the repair but, my truck never would have run correctly if it had not been for the correct diagnosis. I will do all of my repairs that need a skilled mechanic at Muskego tire and Auto from now on!

Very professional and efficient staff. We bring all of our vehicles here for oil changes, tire changes, emission testing (which is so convenient). Free wi-​fi.

I love coming here for oil changes. They don’t require an appointment and are fast and efficient. It’s easy to access right off of Janesville Road and has a small private lot. The lobby is very clean and so is the waiting area. They have some charming memorabilia on the walls and papers/​magazines to read while waiting.
Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional and courteous to me, even when I once decided not to have a procedure done after inspection. I will admit that I can’t fix everything, but I do know enough about my vehicles to know if I’m being taken advantage of, and I’ve never worried about that here. The employees never made me feel inadequate or stupid.
The prices are fair from what I’ve experienced and sometimes there are coupons on the website. I’ve been to my share of repair shops and this is one of my favorites.

There are plenty of better options out there. I spent $ 750 on tires, which took 2 and half hours only to find out I need another part that they didn’t have. I then brought my car back in for an 8am appointment and left for an hour to come back and find my car still outside. Terrible customer service except for Mark. They just lost a local family of customers.
