The customer service is horrible. I order a 5^th wheel toy hauler 8 months ago for $ 56k.
I arraigned for it to be shipped through them to Gridley Ca. Upon delivery the trailer had significant damage. The flat screen tv mount was ripped from the wall and the tv was shattered on the floor. The table was broken and the wrong color. I made several attemps to get this resolved. I was asked to take picture of the damage and sent them in. I was passed around for months to different people. I was sent 3 tables that did not fit my trailer at all. With every person I was passed to I ran into more problems. For the tv I was sent a remote control. Again was asked to take new pictures of the items that needed repair. I took over 100 picture of every angle. Still to this day they have not resolved this issue and now when I call they say they are done dealing with it.

Buyer beware. This company is as shady as they come. Bought a Keystone Montana thinking that this was going to be perfect purchase as part year live in. After telling me washer and dryer were 1300 was charged 1900. Installation was 600 Then after paying over 4k to have it shipped. It arrives the door doesn’t work. The window doesn’t seal. The bannister to the living room is in 2 pieces the trim is laying in the middle of the floor the ceiling fan was not screwed together and screws were every and to add insult to injury the washer and dryer were scratched dented and damaged along with the trim on the stands. It gets better. In the bedroom the TV was an 18″ in a 36″ slot. They played the switch a roo. On the catalog it says that it comes with 36″ TV and so far that is the only thing they have made right. If I want to exchange the washer and dryer I must ship it back and they will ship new ones. I would have to remove and install. Isn’t that what o paid for? The customer service person Amy just got up and quit out of frustration from the shady practices and now they have TATE who offered me 250 to make it all go away. Take it in for warranty and spend a couple weeks in a hotel on my dime to fix it and then reinstall washer and dryer when they get here. Buyer beware don’t ever think of buying from this place. I had a great experience with the Sales Team. I worked with Scott Domont to purchase my Outback Travel Trailer. I’m in the San Francisco Bay Area and was screwed around with high prices and BS from the local guy. Now the local guy is threatening to sue me! Anyway Lakeshore RV had awesome pricing, gave me great information, no hassle and no BS. I saved a ton of money by buying from here. I highly recommend contacting Scott! The delivery across country was flawless and now we are enjoying our trailer!

After initially getting a good price on our Cherokee Greywolf, we have had nothing but frustration with their service department! Also, some accessories that we ordered with the camper never arrived, and now, 7 months later, we still haven’t received them, and when we contact the dealer about it, they promise to check into it and get right back to us. It never happens. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, despite the deal they offer! There’s more mind blowing info I may share in a later post.

They had gift certificates for bidding on Bid on West Michigan for one week RV rental. Pictured was a Class A motor home turns out it is actually a Class C 28 foot. Went to make reservation and they said I had to put $ 1000 down for reservation. I already paid Neofill $ 372.Said it was a damage deposit. My reservation is for July 3 months from now. Also they told me the motor home they rent is always for sale so the one I saw might not be the same. None of this was stated on Auction site. I did put down the deposit because I didn’t want to lose what my bid was. However I will never bid with Neofill and Bid on West MI again This has something to do with Clear Channel Broadcasting. Beware!

I cannot comment on the sales center services but the lady I worked with in the rental service dept was very un-​professional.
We incurred unexpected and in my opinion unfair fees (ie. awning usage & generator use– additional charges).
Additionally, I booked (2) 30foot RV’s but when we arrived for pick up we were given smaller units– around 15′-20′ RV’s. I called to discuss the sizing conflict and was told the 30′ RV’s were sold and that we got what they could find. I asked why we were not alerted prior to pick-​up and was told they did not know the RV’s would sell. I would have expected a courtesy call, because I was very clear when renting that we need large RV’s– we used RV’s as office space and needed the longer mid-​section.
I asked for a pricing credit but was told no, rental price would stay the same.
Overall I was very unsatisfied and would not recommend rental services. Again I cannot comment on sales dept.
